Welcome to Yacht Haven, our family’s secluded five acre waterfront estate. Featuring an indoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, fiber internet, and private boat dock. We look forward to hosting you!


FEATURES OF THE BEACH HOUSE:
House:
-Sleeps 14 guests
-Heated floors throughout the house
-500mbps fiber internet for work or play.

Downstairs:
Three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and full bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has a stunning view of the beach. The dining room features high vaulted ceilings, a long oak table that seats 14 guests, and a panoramic view of the water.

Upstairs:
The primary bedroom with television, king-size bed, and full bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed shower and slipper tub. The spacious media room has a large smart television with four comfortable built-in bunk beds.


ESTATE FEATURES:
Pool House:
The pool house contains a large 80 foot private pool with vaulted ceilings, diving board, heated floors and a full bathroom. Outside sits a large patio and hot tub.

Beach:
The private beach overlooks Westcott Bay (accessed by stairs). Complete with rowboats and kayaks. Our shoreline offers a bounty of experiences: from visits to British Camp National Park to Westcott Bay Oyster Farm to catching crab and elusive phosphorescence at night, the wonder and peace of the San Juan Islands is at your fingertips.

Dock:
For those traveling by boat we offer a 45′ dock complete with 30 amp shore-power and water upon demand.

Patio:
The patio that borders the house features recliner chairs, picnic tables, hammock, barbecue and a crab preparation station. A fire pit with benches overlooks the bay.

General:
-We are only 20 minutes from downtown Friday Harbor and 12 minutes from Roche Harbor Resort.
-The entire property is gated


ESTATE RULES:
- The swimming pool and hot tub are for registered guests at the Lodge. On occasion you might encounter other guests at the pool.

- ALL areas inside home and pool house are smoke free. We allow smoking and vaping outside ONLY.

- We have a strict No Pets policy.
Violation of this will result in your party being asked to leave the property with no refund.

Exceeded all our expectations!

The photos make it look incredible, but it was even better than we ever could have hoped. We were 14 family members, ages 1-74 and there were 2 rowboats, and 8 kayaks! Perfection! The pool was super, and this elegant house being right on the water made for wonderful sightings of seabirds, seals, and incomparable sailboats and yachts. We really enjoyed the corn hole and all the games they had available too. We cooked all our meals in and the BBQ and kitchen were well stocked. We only ventured out to see more of the island one day because it was so nice right there. All in all, it was the perfect relaxing, fun and BEAUTIFUL place for us all.

We felt like we were at a week long summer camp while having a comfortable bed and a clean private shower ! The kitchen is very well stocked enabling us to make breakfast, lunch and dinner easily. Beautiful Setting!

This is a great property with great amenities. It is a beautiful setting. Our family had a wonderful time. The only issue we had is that the house was having an issue with the septic system and the smell came into the house from time to time.

An amazing place to be able to make memories with family and friends. So much to see and do on the property. A day in town for farmers market and shopping in Friday Harbor lots of unique trinkets found. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub! The peace and quiet of this place made it extra relaxing and enjoyable. I had the best BIRTHday ever! Thank you so much to the hosts for everything!

A perfect winter stay on San Juan island

We booked the house after a sudden change of plans for mid winter break and I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was. The communication was quick and easy and the check in and check out process was straightforward and easy to manageThe house itself is spectacular. It was the kind of place where we started planning to rebook about 3 hours after we arrived. Everything was incredible and it was a delight for our kids (5,5,8) and the grown ups. A true five star experience. Can't recommend the place enough.

Best way to enjoy the San Juans

We had an incredible stay that exceeded our expectations. This is one of the most unique properties I've stayed, especially in the San Juans. It's a stunning location with everything you need right on site. The owners were very responsive. It was very clean. And, it's especially great if you want to kayak or use the on site dock. The pool was one of our highlights. Will highly recommend to everyone.

Fun Family Experience

Set in an absolute gorgeous location, this home was a real treat for us. The indoor pool was a big hit, and we saw seals, otters and bald eagles sitting on the back patio. The island is clean, safe and friendly. My only suggestion for the home is to replace the pillows and living room sectional.

Yacht Haven Indeed

We loved the pool and access to the Kayaks in a secluded bay with beautiful views. Easy drive to Roche Harbor and Friday Harbor. Good for 4 couples, plus a bunk room for smaller kids.

Beautiful house and scenery

This house is beautiful, more so than the pictures show. We enjoyed the large space, pool, hot tub and the beach. A few employees found clams and oysters on the beach and had fun eating them. We had 11 employees there on a staff retreat. A couple of things to note - the living room couch is worn out and uncomfortable, it really needs to be replaced. The rollaway beds are not for adults, we had two people sleep in them and one person's feet hung over the end of the bed. It wouldn't stand up so we just layed it on the floor, which makes it hard to get up. This person ended up sharing a bed with another employee which wasn't ideal. It would have been helpful to have more pictures of the house in the listing. Overall, I would 100% recommend staying at this house. It's so peaceful and a great place get away and relax. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Family Reunion

This is an ideal location for a family gathering, especially if you have your own Boston Whaler or boat of some type. The setting is spectacular.
