Large second floor bedroom with 2-queen beds, walk-in closet (with desk) and a full bath with shower.

Fully stocked kitchen that leads out to the deck where you can enjoy a relaxing night and a barbecue after a day at the beach and then sit around the firepit roasting. marshmallows gazing at the stars.

Sought after neighborhood in West Yarmouth south of Route 28 and within a 3-minute walk to the 2 BEACHES! Lewis Bay neighborhood. Convenient location to all West Yarmouth attractions including Pirates Cove, Cape Cod Inflatable Park, Whydah Pirate Museum, The Music Room and The Loft to listen to local bands and dancing and don't forget the abundance of restaurants to experience Cape Cod dining.

Furnished with a true Cape Cod feel that has been tastefully decorated throughout. Smart TV in living room and bedroom. Window ACs in both living room and bedroom. Common deck in rear with access to spacious back yard. Washer/Dryer combo located on first floor.

Cooler, Beach chairs & sand toys available for guests. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water provides the perfect experience after a day at the beach located on right side of house.
