Cape style house in Downtown Hyannis, 2 bedroom /2 bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room, outdoor shower (seasonal), patio, grill. New appliances, 3 smart TVs, air conditioner in every room during summer months, washer & drier, new beds, new mattresses! Pet friendly house with large fenced-in yard. Close to all Hyannis attractions, restaurants, shops, parks, Harbor cruises, Cape Cod Hospital, Hyannis transportation center.

Walk to everything location! 5 minutes walking to Main st attractions, restaurants, shops. 15 minutes walking to Keys Memorial beach and harbor/ cruises.
-- 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room converting into a spare bedroom. 4 beds, 3 sofas/futons convertible to twin, and full-size beds.
--- 3 internet-connected TV, 65” TV in the living room. Netflix, PBS, Pluto, Peacock.
--- Private fenced-in yard, deck, grill, outside shower, plenty of parking.
--- Walk-to-everything location! 15 min walking to Keys beach, 15 minutes walking to Hyannis Harbor, and the ferry to Nantucket and Vineyard.
5 min walking to Main St attractions, museums, restaurants, and shops.
--- Towels, sheets, beach /camping chairs are provided.
--- Multiple public beach access points.
You can either walk to the beach (15 minutes to walk and access for FREE) or drive to the beach. Some beaches require to purchase of a ticket for car parking at the beach. Usually about $20 to $25 a day.
--- DOG.
Up to 2 dogs allowed up to 55Lb. Must poop and pee outside. You must pick up your dog's waste. You must have your dog on a leash while out. There is a $300 pet fee per stay.
- Window AC units in every room from May through September. ——-You might have to go to the basement to reset circuit breaker at some point during your stay.
- Year round house. Central heating provided at no extra fee

Had a great stay here and would definitely come back. Fully fenced in yard was great for the dog and the walk ability was amazing.

My wife, pup, and I enjoyed our stay. The large, fenced yard was perfect for the dog and we enjoyed relaxing mornings on the deck, watching him play. The location is fantastic - a quick 5 minute walk to Main Street. Close to everything but quiet enough to relax and recharge. The house was clean and well-stocked. Gary was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Hi Martin, thanks for your feedback! Just to clarify, everything is exactly as described in the listing: the master bedroom is on the first floor, while the second bedroom is upstairs. The staircase is shown clearly in the photos as well. Most of our guests really enjoy the spacious yard, the quiet neighborhood, and the easy walk to the marina, beaches, and Main Street restaurants. We had a great time exploring Cape Cod. This house was a very easy 5 minute walk to the shops and 15-20 minute walk to beach.

Very nice property

Very cute cottage , owner very receptive with communication , there were some ants but matter resolved quickly with location of spray and keeping kitchen very clean . Great location !

Close to Main St and Harbor and beach

Nice and roomy inside house. Was plenty for us. Close to everything we needed. Main st with ammenities, walk to the beach, breakfast and dining places are plentiful in the neighbourhood. We would definitley come back to this lovely house

Clean and quiet stay

This property is a typical Cape home with by Cape standards, a big fenced yard to play ball with our Golden retriever. The house was clean and had what we needed. Its a short walk to Main street in Hyannis with all the shops and restaurants. Its a short drive down Sea street to walk on the beach. We had a good, relaxing time here. We'll be back.

Great location and yard for dogs! We had to climb into the basement and reset the power several times on the really hot days, though, which was an issue in the middle of the night in summer when the AC would go off and when we were on work calls and the internet would go out. But I believe Gary has taken steps to fix this for future guests.

Wonderful location! Great home for family’s

The house was perfect for my husband- myself, two teenagers, and a child. We cannot forget our fur family dog and cat ( Monty and Joe🐾🐾 we went to nauset beach and enjoyed the beautiful beach - chatham lighthouse beach- walked the strip in Hyannis - very close to house! Thank you, it was great vacation! Would recommend this home - owner is very easy to communicate with and kind!

Very clean & affordable. Walking distance to Main Street and Sea Street Cafe. The host was extremely easy to reach. He was also very accommodating to our situation and need to check in early. Thank you!

Super Location!

Can’t beat the location, so close to Main Street and the beach an easy walk. We enjoyed having access to all of that. House was very clean. We didn’t cook so can’t comment on kitchen but it looked pretty well stocked. Owner was very friendly and easy to reach. The yard is fully fenced but grass is now weeds. The yard and deck need some TLC. Could use an umbrella for deck. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Location was everything .

Satisfying week

We had a fun, relaxing trip. We were incredibly impressed with the property being well lit, and appreciated the labels on the cabinets. The house was as described, the host was welcoming, and the yard was the best for our dog. The stairs were a little tricky to go up and down. The house was 15 minutes walking distance to the beach, and if it hadn't rained, we probably would have went much more often.

Nice relaxing cottage stay

We enjoyed having two showers and comfortable bed. Loved the easy walk to downtown and one night walked to the water. Only thing that wasn’t clear but read when packing was that towels/sheets would be available for an extra $100. And paying over $2,400 for 7 days not on a beach is way to expensive for us to bring our own sheets. It was so late at night when k sent an email and we were on the plane early morning so I packed the sheets and 1towel to share. Who wants to pay another $100? I got a message when getting on plane that we did t have to worry about the towels/ sheets that they were included in price. Overall it was nice staying close to the downtown.

Great Family Vaca!

We had a great stay at Gary's rental! We visit the Cape every year, but this was our first time renting a home for a week so we could bring our dogs. The yard was absolutely perfect for my girls, and they were so excited to run around in circles around the property. We enjoyed time out on the deck, too. We walked to Main Street multiple times, and were able to walk to where my family was staying and the beach, about a mile away! The house was very clean and had the perfect amount of space for us. We loved that the downstairs had a TV in every room, and 2 bathrooms! We didn't need the extra space upstairs, but it was a great addition if we had needed it. The stairs are in a spiral, so they could be difficult for some people to access. When we first arrived, we had trouble getting in, as the code was 1 number off. Gary answered right away and helped us resplce

Spacious & functional

I was grateful for a vacation spot that prioritizes the essentials -- affordable rate, highly walkable location, safety measures, and cleanliness. The induction stovetop, renovated shower, and TV/streaming services were a plus! If you're looking for a place with just the necessities, I highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful & Clean

Due to COVID, we hadn’t been at the Cape for a couple of years but have gone every year since our kids were little. This was the perfect place to get back to our family vacations. The upstairs was great though we didn’t use it to sleep in. The kids used it as a play area when they did use it. The master bedroom was perfect for us with the master bath connecting to the living room. The second bathroom was great for when the kids were in the living room streaming some kind of service. And the yard…fantastic, even with a car parked inside the gates! My youngest enjoyed playing frisbee there and running around there. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to a family visiting the Cape. It’s a few blocks away from Main Street where you have every kind of restaurant you could want to choose from. It’s a short drive away from local beaches, the Cape Cod Mall, and so many fun places to visit. And lest not forget the beautiful sunrise you could catch from the front door. Thank you Gary for the great place and for being available for anything we might’ve needed.

Excellent place to stay in Cape Cod

We enjoyed our full one week stay at this property. It’s walkable distance to the Main Street shopping and wonderful restaurants. Beach is just 15mins walk and very close to the ferry for a day trip to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. The property is very clean with all the amenities and a fence with privacy. The host was very attentive to our needs and we would love to come back this place and spend sometime in future. Dibyendu

Here you will get new beds, new bed sheets, towels, etc... Unlike many CapeCod houses, you will not find smelly sofas and mattresses that were there for generations. Updated house with new a furniture in the bedrooms.
