Welcome to your home away from home. Our quiet and relaxing apartment features a spacious fully stocked kitchen, living room with a large smart TV, a plush King size bed and a sparkling bathroom with a large walk-in shower. We provide washer/dryer for your convenience, making this the perfect place for your extended stay, or weekend getaway! Our apartment also features a fully fenced in back yard and assigned parking. It’s located, only minutes from parks, dinning, and 15m to downtown Prescott.

The home was so cute and clean. Smelled great. Bed was comfy. It had all of the amenities you could ask for. Perfect spot! Great value too. This place was awesome.

I was truly impressed with this place. It was like a home away from home. In my opinion, it is much better than staying at a hotel. The place was cozy, clean, and had updated appliances. Also, the king size bed was very comfortable. I felt very comfortable and secure staying at this place. I plan to visit Prescott Valley again this year and I hope I can book this place again. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a more private and personal place to stay.

Really clean and modern little apartment with nice amenities. The location is central to the areas we wanted to explore. Access was very easy and the host was quick to respond. I highly recommend this location.

Very clean spacious apartment. It was perfect for our needs. Would absolutely stay there again. Especially enjoyed that. It had a washer and dryer. Communication with Anthony, our host, was seamless. Highly recommend.

Everything was impeccably clean- the only suggestion would be to not have glade plug ins- it created an immediate allergic reaction- the scent was very strong. Also maybe a lid for the pans to cook with. Other than that- it was great!!

The apartment was recently renovated and had all the amenities one could ask for! Bedding was plentiful and so comfortable. Beautiful shower and kitchen I even cooked a meal there! Communication was excellent as well. Could not ask for anything more!

Great time visiting with old friends. We did have snow one morning and our host cleaned the sidewalks early. Everything as listed and enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for a couple!

The upgrades to this quaint little apartment are outstanding! The comfort and location were just what we needed for a short stay. We would definitely rent again! Host was also very accommodating!

In town to visit family

Very nice, clean, well-equipped one bedroom apartment. Great place to stay while in town visiting family. Very quiet. Less expensive than hotel, plus added value of being able to do laundry. Would book again.

Wonderful place to stay!

The house was beautiful and clean! We will definitely stay again next time we are in Prescott Valley. The kitchen definitely needs to be stocked with all the kitchen amenities and cleaning supplies like a broom, paper towels, dishrags etc.
