Welcome to your home away from home. Our quiet and relaxing apartment features a spacious fully stocked kitchen, living room with a large smart TV, a plush King size bed and a sparkling bathroom with a large shower/tub. We provide washer/dryer for your convenience, making this the perfect place for your extended stay, or weekend getaway! Our apartment also features a fully fenced in back yard and assigned parking. It’s located, only minutes from parks, dinning, and 15m to downtown Prescott.

Great place!

The place was clean, decorated nicely and had great amenities like a stove/oven, microwave and washer/dryer. It had everything we needed. The host was helpful as well. We will definitely be back!

Lovely Apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment on N Preston Drive. The place was spotless upon our arrival, and communication with the manager was very easy. We hope to return someday!

Beautiful apartment, Quiet and Private

It was a very good stay. This property manager is awesome and communication was super easy to understand. Stayed here a week and never ran out of hot water. The iron worked really well too! Which was important to us because we attended a Bible conference and dressed up most of the week. Highly recommend!

Lovely renovated apartment

The apartment is well appointed, clean and quite large. It suited me well. Neighborhood was quiet and parking was perfect. I will be using again when I visit my mother. Host was very responsive to my questions.responsive
