気になった点 : 清潔度、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
ALL THE ABOVE!-Instructions unclear/NO host phone #-Upon entry overwhelmed by bleach-Dishes and silverware dirty-Spider webs evident-NOT informed there were dogS (luckily not allergic) but, dog hair in the bathroom-The coffee maker NEEDS descaling-At 3 pm Saturday, informed, "water will be shut off. This happened immediately.-We returned about 10pm with dinner to eat, watch TV and "relax". There was a locked /keyed steel security door restricting our access.-Rang the "Ring" doorbell without success but left a message.-Returned to our car hoping the host would return shortly but, fifteen minutes later STILL no host.-Rang the doorbell again with no response left a "stronger" message.-We then contacted VRBO explaining our situation. This was the first of MANY calls over the next THREE hours, sitting in 43 degrees and waiting for SOME response. VRBO had given us the hosts' number and indicated they were calling with NO RESPONSE either. VRBO said it could take up to 24 hours to "resolve" the situation. But, as I write, it is over 80 hours and I am still do not believe the situation was TOTALLY resolved.-Desperate, because our computers, belongings and MOST IMPORTANTLY our meds were locked away. My heart condition and my wife's Lupis REQUIRES daily meds.-VRBO agreed to reimburse the all fees. However, they offered us varying paltry amounts 43-73 comp for ONE nights stay. My reservations and plans were thru MONDAY-Dialed host Sun. am. He TEXTS, "What's going on?"
