Recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, this private modern home includes a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedrooms are well furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Spacious living room has comfy sofa and seating area. Outdoor patio with astounding views, Smart HDTV, free Wi-Fi, free onsite parking and keyless access!

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Soes not have cable TV, only streaming. Very noisy because of location to train tracks and street. Should have a box of kleenex in the house and more than one large bath towel, also could have some type of skin lotion.

Hi Barry, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. While no issues were reported during your stay, we appreciate the feedback. Just to clarify, we don’t offer cable TV, but we do provide access to streaming apps on the TV. Guests will need to log in using their own accounts. For amenities, we provide bath towels, hand towels, basic kitchenware, and a starter set of toiletries. Items like facial tissues and body lotion aren’t included in the standard setup, but we appreciate the suggestions. We understand that outside noise can affect guests differently depending on preferences, and we’ll continue doing our best to create a comfortable stay. Wishing you all the best in your future travels!

Golf outing

Poor parking, VERY loud neighborhood, poor air conditioning upstairs, coffee maker didn't work, no trash service. Upon arrival we were told that all trash had to be removed from the premises at departure or we would be charged. Though the house manual states garbage service is on Friday. Down stairs rooms smell very bad. Bad experience

Parking, trash pickup schedules, and neighborhood noise are unfortunately outside our control, but we do try to make that information available so there are no surprises. We appreciate your comments about the AC, coffee maker, and overall stay. Feedback like this helps us see things from a guest’s perspective even when it does not line up with what we typically hear.

If you're interested in getting a good night sleep, avoid this property.

This home is located right by a major road with non-stop traffic all hours of day and night. Noise makes it impossible to sleep and having it all the time during the day is very uncomfortable as well. The mattresses at this property are horrible. I like a firm mattress but I couldn't sleep on this one it was similar to sleeping on a floor. The rest of the house is cheaply remodeled with some bare necessities provided. When we complained about the issues we were told to pretty much deal with it. We had to leave after staying there for two nights, the reservation was for 5 nights. I would recommend that you avoid this one.
