Studio 19 was a great get away space. It was well furnished and appointed. We found it easy to get around where we wanted to be - downtown and day trips to surrounding communities.

The area was so clean and beautiful. It was easy to find and access and the host was so kind. We had so much fun here and were able to easily travel into town without too much driving time. This was everything we wanted in our trip!

Our trip was fantastic & Frank’s place was outstanding. He’s very easy to communicate with, and it was the perfect size for our little weekend getaway! It was also within 5-10 minutes of everything we wanted to do while visiting!

Short Get-A-Way

Property was very clean and well stock with all the essentials and was very close to downtown Asheville which is where we were visiting. I would recommend Studio 19 to any couple looking for a nice, cozy stay near downtown Asheville. Will stay here again!

Great place, close to everything!

Frank was a great host. The accommodations were extremely clean and comfortable. We stayed for a week and everything was great! The location is close to all the popular tourist attractions but tucked away in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood near a pretty lake with a nice walking trail around the lake. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful stay near Beaver Lake

We had a wonderful 4 nights at Frank's place. The space was well laid out, spotless, and had an extremely comfortable bed. We couldn't have been more pleased. A bonus was the short walk to Beaver Lake and the beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Accommodation

This place was perfect in every way for a fall couple’s getaway. It was immaculate, stylish and in a great location in a wooded neighborhood close to a beautiful lake. It was very secure and private. Frank was a great host, very helpful and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend his place.

This property is a wonderful option for a short stay in Asheville. The neighborhood is a lovely hidden oasis that is close to many local attractions. Charming studio apartment in a great neighborhood

My husband and I stayed in Studio 19 for 3 nights and really liked our stay. The studio apartment is beautifully decorated, the bed is very comfortable and the unit is very well outfitted for renters. The owner was very accommodating of a request I had. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect

Frank is an amazing host. The studio apartment is perfect. We did not need for anything. Centrally located to all the activities we had planned. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend staying here.

There's something about the Blue Ridge Mountains that just feels good. Now, I host people visiting the area, doing what I did for a dozen years before I moved here. I love to host Studio 19 Asheville guests so they can experience that same good feeling I felt visiting here for years.
