Your kids are able to enjoy a new 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.



Phoenix V is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the Gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you are bar-b-quing.



Come relax on the spacious corner balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. A king bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 queens in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL 2 BR on this same 5th floor!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Nice place

Our stay was nice. It was as advertised. Pictures make it look a little bigger than it really is. We would stay there again. The balcony was really nice and love the recliners inside. We had a dishwasher leak and a toilet leak but maintenance came in a very timely matter and fixed both. The temperature kept resetting during early morning hours and it would get hot. We cut it down as much as we had too. Very nice and the issues we had were very small. I would recommend this place.

Perfect in every way!

The view, the spaciousness, the cleanliness, the amenities - everything was perfect! The kids splash pad was a huge bonus for our grandkids and indoor pool was a lifesaver when the weather wasn't so perfect. Highly recommend!

Paradise at Phoenix 5- 517

This was our first trip to Orange Beach, and it couldn’t have went any better! The room was exactly as described. It was clean and ready for us. All of our needs were met and exceeded. We loved having this corner room- the balcony was amazing and more private. We will definitely be staying again ♥️

I think the only negatives I had were that the beds aren't very comfortable and the hall bath with a tub is very small when trying to bathe kids but the condo was in great shape and we really enjoyed our stay. I will say, especially, for parents with small kids to keep in mind the wait time for the elevators is extensive but the condo itself is great! The pool and splashpad are a huge bonus too. I'd say overall book it. Its a great location and close to everything you would need. ( arcade, adventure island, multiple grocery stores etc)

Great Location and Floorplan but Dirty

THE GOOD - the location was great and the floor plan was terrific with three nice size bedrooms, nice open floorplan with awesome views. The kitchen well stocked and comfortable furniture (kitchen table and chairs which were very wobbly and definitely needed attention before somebody gets hurt). THE BAD - condo was really dirty (mold on the shower curtain, urine on toilet, filthy floors, ice machine that needed cleaning -warning lights were on - and layers of dust on anything above eye level. We ended up doing some light cleaning removed some of the old floor rugs. I did let them k ow but did not get a response. The did come to fix the dishwasher which was overflowing due a door issue. The place definitely needs to go on Cleaning and servicing. CONCLUSION - because the location and building were so great great we would stay again, but would look everything over before u packing and bring cleaning supplies. It is worth it for the views.

Phoenix V is in a good location. It has a good pool and the splash pad is a plus, especially if you have little ones who get tired of the beach easily. Phoenix Rentals manages this specific unit and we had a horrible time trying to contact them prior and during our stay. Every time I tried to call the number for them I was sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail at least 3-4 times and never received a call back. We would not rent this unit again for that reason, as well as the issues we had with the air conditioning. The owner had the air to where it would reset every four hours to 74 degrees. This was not comfortable for us after a hot day on the beach or when we were sleeping. To pay almost 4,000 to stay and not be able to control your own air conditioning, did not really sit right with us. We did contact the managing agent and they finally got back with us. At first the owner did not want to adjust the temperature, but then after going back and forth it was finally moved down and stayed around 70-71 during our stay. We cook a lot during vacations and the kitchen lacked usable pots/pans. The furniture is used and could be updated, but gets the job done. We would stay at Phoenix V again, but not this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good- great l location with great views. The amenities in the building were great. It was great waking up overlooking the ocean. The people were really nice in the building. The layout of the condo was also great. THE DOWNSIDE - to be honest, the car was very dirty. We did not notice that at first, but once we impact, we started noticing things like you’re another toilet seat, guest bath, shower, curtain, and black mold on it. Thick layers and dust than anything above high level and around the furniture. We ended up purchasing cleaning supplies to clean the floors, bathrooms, and some other areas. It was not what I would expect for what kind of like this. Before has rented again, it would need a thorough cleaning. The carpets were really disgusting, the washing machine would not work. It was more than the icemaker. Warning light was on saying it needed to be cleaned and a new filter. In addition, the dining room table and some of the chairs are very wobbly. It feels like they may collapse. I did send a text that it was responded to saying it was after hours. I thought maybe will get back with us, but nobody ever did. I feel like it was a surface cleaning after the last long term tenant vacated. Just wanted to be honest so management was aware of the situation. I would stay again because of the location in the view, but I would thoroughly inspect the condo before we unpacked .

Could be nice with some added attention

The complex itself is nicely situated with plenty of room on the beach. My family enjoyed the pools and splash pad immensely. Our only big fault with the complex is the lack of elevators for such a big building - getting up and down to the room was chaotic at best. The condo itself, though the listing says "Newly renovated", needs a lot more work. There was broken and rusted patio furniture that was completely unusable out on the balcony (there was a fairly new bistro set, so it wasn't without furniture entirely). The bedrooms had very basic linens, the comforters seemed dirty, the pillows and bath towels were very thin, and the mattresses were very worn/not very comfy. There was lots of mold on the ceiling of the showers, but otherwise the bathrooms were ok. The condo had not been cleaned very well, and it looked like a while since it had been - I checked under some furniture at one point looking for a toy my son had misplaced and it was really gross under there. The oven needed a serious cleaning, it doesn't look like that had been done in a while either. Cabinet doors were loose and crooked, and the bedroom doors didn't quite close properly. I do think with some added attention and maintenance this could be a really nice condo, but for the money we paid we were severely disappointed in the condition.

It was nice to have the ice maker, and there were actually extra essentials in the condo which was nice. The worst part was the dirty comforter and decorative pillows on the master bed. We actually had to strip it and use the extras in the closet. Overall, a nice place and awesome vacation.

Reviewer Comments: We usually head to the beach right before we start back to school to enjoy time as a family before we get back to “the school hustle.” We had a wonderful and relaxing time @ Phoenix 5 last year and decided to use them again when we booked. We loved the condo from last summer and when we saw it was available we rented it again. Our unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and there were an ample amount of linens for use. We enjoy the Phoenix 5 because it is right on the beach, has a pool, and a splash pad for the littles. The staff @ the front desk are accommodating when needed. We will return next summer or maybe fall break:)

The only downside I’d say was the parking. Per the email sent to me, it said if there are available spaces I could purchase and extra.
