Great Location
We had two couple all in their 70s share this condo. The location was great. The condo itself was fine but really could use some updating. The beds were very comfortable. However, when we stripped the beds on the last day we were so disgusted by the brown stains on the mattress covers. We like to cook all of our breakfasts and most of our dinners but the frying pans were not great and they had very few utensils. In fact, I went out and purchased several that were left for future guests. The lighting in the bathrooms and kitchen is poor. Taking a shower is almost like bathing in the dark. There were ample towels and blankets, which was nice. Sarah always responded promptly. Our last day there was no hot water and the elevator was not working making bringing out our luggage to the car a challenge as we are not spring chickens. If you are looking for a place very close to the beach and you don’t plan on doing much cooking, I would recommend staying here.
