Great place!

Great Place!

The house was perfect! We have 3 teenage boys and it was the perfect stay for our fishing trip and family time. We will definitely book this property again on our next fishing trip! Thank you Thomas for being such a great host!

We really liked the house. It was very nice and clean, inside & out. It had everything we needed to get through our weekend, beds were comfortable and the A/C worked great. The launch and dock were nice and the canal allowed easy access to the lake. Communication with Mr. Wright was also great as he answered on the first ring when I had to call and ask him to unlock the house, when we locked the keys inside. We’d definitely stay here again.

Very nice

This property was very nice and cozy. We really loved the fact that it was on the water and we didn’t have to load and unload the boat every time we went out. Everything was just as described online. Very nice. Would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect Getaway

We booked this property as a last-minute Anniversary trip, and it did NOT disappoint! It had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. Having the boat launch on the property was what stood out for us the most when booking. The ease of access to the water when traveling somewhere is very nice!

Great place for a fishing weekend.

This property was very nice and. I liked that it was on the water and didn’t have to load and unload the boat every time we went out. Boat launch was all newly cemented. No issues launching boat with a 2 wheel drive truck. Everything was just as described online. Cold AC. Very nice. Would definitely recommend this property! Family enjoyed the back dock hanging out..Mr. Wright was very responsive and helpful..

Guys fishing trip

The fit all 5 guys easily with plenty of room. It was nice to use the boat ramp at the house and tie the boat up at night in the canal. The house had everything we needed. It was a great trip.

We have owned this property since 2001. Our family enjoys the outdoors and it is only 30 minutes away from our home. We choose Hackberry for being close to home instead of driving 2 hours to Toledo Bend. It's weathered Hurricane Rita and Ike but Laura took its roof and we have remodeled the home. My wife and I are now both retired and still love this property and more important we have made so many friendships in the community.
