Great place to enjoy for our large group. Food and other items within walking distance. Beautiful lake with water toys. Easy to find, with nice neighborhood. Trailhead nearby. Host was a great communicator.

Great place to stay and very convenient to everything around anchorage. Beautiful lake and very nice neighborhood. House was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful time at this place and would certainly recommend it to anyone. Host aloud us to stay for late checkout being our flight wasn’t until 7:30 pm. We really appreciated that!

Great House on Lake!

House was super clean and well cared for. Host is very responsive and helpful. Proximity to the lake was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay!

This house was amazing, very cozy! Right on the lake was the best and was able to use the boat and paddle boards... Grocery store across the street and plenty of parking...definately will return!!

Most people are saying this house reminds them of Grandma’s, but for me it was a Time Machine to my own home in Oregon during the 80s. The original faucets, wallpaper, cabinets and even the appliances have been meticulously cared for and it’s such a treasure to experience so much nostalgia. We absolutely loved paddle boarding on the little lake and saw some beautiful birds. The host was extremely helpful ahead of time as I planned activities for our family. We flew in to ANC around 1 am and needed a place very near the airport and this was perfect. Also close to Costco and not far from downtown. I’d stay again.

Comfortable house, beautiful view, great location

This house was completely charming and we felt very comfortable here. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware/dining ware. Location was fabulous, with stores and restaurants/activities in downtown close by. Close to the airport. Felt like we were out of the city, but only a short drive from anything we wanted. The view of the lake was spectacular, we enjoyed watching a variety of birds/wildlife at all times of the day. Owners were very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious house on lake

Enjoyed having lake in the back and fishing rods available. Way more room than what our family of 4 needed. Convenient location to airport. Arcade game pictured doesn’t work. Property management was very responsive and helped fix an issue with the fridge right away.

We have lived in Anchorage off and on for years so we know the neighborhood. This is an older neighborhood but don't let that fool you the setting on the lake is beautiful, the backyard is great, we saw an otter sitting on the dock in the back which the kids thought was awesome. The pictures of the home are totally accurate and it's very comfortable feeling like I'm hanging out at grandmas house I love that the older finishes counters, wallpaper etc are still here. We would 100% stay again.

Great location, beautiful scenery

We stayed with a group of 9. Worked out great for us. Not a negative...just took some planning...each couple had to share bathrooms. We made it work. Loved the convenience of groceries just moments away. Literally couldn't get closer to the airport. Super convenient!!

One of many stops

Our favorite part of this place was the back porch and the view!!! Very nice and clean with lots of towels and extra blankets. Convenient location as well if you want to go to Wasilla or Girdwood for the day! Thank you for sharing your place :)

Great spot for a family coming to Anchorage!

We had a great stay at this property. It is very clean and has everything you need for a vacation stay. My kids loved the back yard and Jewel Lake. It is only a 10-15 min drive to most everything you’ll want to see in Anchorage and super easy to get on the Seward Highway to head south (which I highly recommend). Would definitely stay here again - we had 5 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of room.
