We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of peaceful mountain living and easy access to adventure. Tucked into a quiet, family-friendly part of Massanutten Resort, the area feels like a true retreat—surrounded by trees, fresh air, and wildlife, yet just minutes from all the fun: the waterpark, ski slopes, hiking trails, and golf course.
What we enjoy most is how relaxing and safe it feels here. Kids can play in the yard while adults unwind on the deck or around the firepit. We love hearing the birds in the morning, spotting deer at dusk, and stepping outside to clear mountain views. It’s a place where you can slow down, reconnect, and still have every convenience nearby.
