This beautiful Phase I WaterColor home offers four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, with the carriage house providing an additional bedroom, bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, & living area. Enjoy a night inside with the family using the spacious kitchen that offers a dining table for eight people, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The living room has a cozy feel and comfortable seating arrangements. The second floor offers most of the sleeping arrangements, with a screened in balcony that has several outdoor seating options to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. When you feel like exploring, you will have access to the many amenities of WaterColor, including, but not limited to the WaterColor Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, & so much more!

NOTE: When booking, please provide the correct number of adults and children that will be staying in the home. WaterColor requires a wristband for all guests 5 years and older, to allow access to the amenities (pool and beach) so you must provide the correct number of guests to ensure everyone will have access to the community amenities. We are not able to provide additional wristbands after your arrival, so it is imperative you inform us at least two weeks before your arrival if there is a change after the time of booking. The HOA will not allow more than 12 guests in this home at any time, and they will not issue more than 12 bands per stay. No exceptions can be made.

NOTE: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a certain number of vehicles (approximately 45 per week) throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first served basis. Please contact Electric Cart Company directly for availability and pricing.

Parking
Shore Fun has designated parking for two-three vehicles in the carport area. Rented LSV's (golf carts) must be parked in one of the designated, on-property parking spaces.

WaterColor will only issue one parking pass per property. Any additional vehicles parked in the community without a parking pass displayed could be fined and or towed. WaterColor also has public on-street parking throughout the community for overflow vehicles; parking is on a first come, first served basis and passes must be displayed at all times.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***Promotional rates may be available by booking your home with our local team at 30A Cottages & Concierge. Unfortunately, discounts are not available on vrbo. Please reach out to us and we are happy to answer any questions you have regarding our homes or the 30A area. One of our local agents is waiting to assist you with everything from the beginning of the booking process all the way up to your stay. We hope to hear from you soon and we can't wait to welcome you to the beach!

***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age.
