Beautiful mountain home on the golf course, nestled in Arizona's cool mountain town, Payson! The home is a beautifully-appointed, fully-furnished 1-story ranch with south-facing deck and outdoor BBQ. Secluded down a private, tree-lined driveway at the edge of Country Club Estates, it's a quiet place. Free of traffic noise, you can hear the sounds of hummingbirds and wildlife... and golfers out on the fairway! Payson Golf Course is open year-round, with 2 more golf clubs (Chaparral and Rim) on the east side of town. The living room features a gas fireplace and giant windows... a wonderful place to relax and watch nature on the hillside. Bask in the sun out on the deck or stay up late and watch the Milky Way rising in the east.
Payson's weather is absolutely unbeatable! Comfortable dry climate, with warm days and cool nights (NOT like Phoenix!) 76°/41° in springtime on average. "Hazy-hot-n-humid" doesn't exist here. Deep blue skies... 286 annual days of sunshine... and dark, starry nights.

Lovely paths nearby with wildflowers in spring and summer... and lots of wildlife sighting opportunities directly from the house... including elk, hummingbirds and bald eagles!
