Property was well kept and easily accessible. Cute and comfy, perfect for 1-2 people. I like that there is a pet-friendly option, maybe I can bring my doggie next time I’m not there for work.

They was mis advertised The windows did not open for fresh air the patio was not accessible from our room you had to go outside our room to get there when there there was only one cushion on one of the chairs and there was bird sh..t all over the floor and on the wall the whole time i was thereWorst part the place was advertised as something else and there was no fresh air at all.

The host was not timely with responses, there was many things wrong, broken the property is poorly maintained. Most importantly the ventilation and ability to get fresh air is not an option because the windows are not made to open. Which I believe is a violation of city code.Not a happy at all.

Thank you for your feedback. We responded to messages within our standard timeframes and remained available throughout the stay. No multiple maintenance issues were formally reported during the reservation. The property is regularly maintained, and the ventilation system functions as designed and in compliance with local regulations. The windows are not intended to open as part of the building’s design. We stand by the condition of the unit and the accuracy of the listing.

Wonderful Room, Location and Manager

We had a wonderful one night stay here. The room was just the right size for us and very well stocked with the basics. The location was perfect, with easy access to most of Old Town Scottsdale. The manager went above and beyond to accommodate us which was very much appreciated. We will certainly be back to stay here next time we are in Old Town for an event. Go ahead and book, you wont regret it.

Scottsdale Property

This property is an extremely good value for the dollar. Not super-fancy, but super cost effective. The only (small) concern I had was the lack of parking outside, but it really isn't that big of a deal. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend others doing the same.

Will certainly want to stay again. A unique location in the historic Garden District--a beautifully updated mid-Century neighborhood right near Old Town Scottsdale. Pet-friendly and close to everything, but in a quiet cul-de-sac street. The apartment was spotlessly clean and modern, and Vince the owner very responsive and helpful. Parking is on-street, but I never had to be more than half a block away.

What you see isn’t what you get.

Overall was ok the picture online is not the same as the room we got (no view) the floor had not been washed I know because my sock were filthy and the baseboard was not wiped down, we were told there was no handicap parking and there is. The pool area hasn’t had the tables wiped down in awhile.

Great little studio

Small studio but has everything. Street parking but not hard to find a spot close to the unit. Really enjoy the place. The only complain is toilet paper. Bring your own. :)
