Fully remodeled modern condo in the heart of Scottsdale, walking distance to Old Town. Top floor privacy with view to the pool from your private balcony where you can relax and enjoy nature. Great location, walking distance to many shops and dinning options.
Take a short stroll to Old Town Scottsdale Entertainment District. Explore the area, if you enjoy outdoors check out Chaparral Park nearby, a 100-acre park, which includes a fishing lake, sports court and playground. Best shopping experience in nearby Fashion Square Mall.
When you are tired of shopping, take a dip in the resort style heated pool and hot tub in the complex. Condo comfortably sleeps 2-4. Comfortable king bed in master bedroom and queen sofa bed in living room. If you feel like staying in you can cook in the newly remodeled and fully stocked kitchen. There is also outdoor grills available.
Full laundry room is just a couple doors down.
Flat screen smart TVs with cable, including premium channels, in living room and bedroom, plus high speed WIFI. Assigned covered parking included.

Moving daughter out of dorm

Good location

A nice, clean condo with good amenities. If you don't have a car the location has groceries and restaurants very close by. Perfect for us!

Very nice condo with beautiful pool and convenient location

Our stay was very nice. The unit was clean and well stocked. We appreciated the laundry supplies that were provided. My only complaint was the quantity of bathroom hand towels and wash cloths. The pool area was very nice and was the reason we picked this complex.

Old Town Scottsdale

Great location. Very walkable. Sprouts right across the street and if you like Starbucks just block away. Loved the pool! Stayed for 3 weeks. Well equipped kitchen. The only suggestion I have there is the knives could be sharpened. Very generous with toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and soap for dish washer. I highly recommend

Immaculate and Well Equippef

I want to say I loved this place. It had all the amenities and incredibly clean. However, it was quite cold (freeze warnings) and the apartment is north facing—so never got direct sunlight. We were unable to turn the heat up and ended up wearing our parkas(from Colorado. ). Coffee pot Broke and owners were quick to respond. We appreciate that. Not being able to adjust heat was problematic. Great access to services and sights

Easy to find - great amenities

When we first pulled up the buildings looked pretty dated but it was very nice inside! The pool and hot tub were very nice! Gym was good too.

Great stay

I travel to Scottsdale 1 week each month for work. I love staying in this condo complex due to its proximity to my job and the restaurants & stores I like. I’ve stayed in a bunch of units here & this one might be my favorite. Really enjoyed my stay & already booked it again for next month.

Week in Scottsdale

Clean and nicely renovated unit, very spacious for the two of us, all common kitchen appliances included (we cooked most nights), the pool was never crowded, excellent location across from Sprouts (grocery store) and a Starbucks, within walking distance to the fashion district / old town / chaparral park. Would recommend!

Great location and quiet!

We had a great stay at this property! The room was very clean and AC worked great. The location was phenomenal, easily walkable to old town and the few grocery stores nearby. The host was very quick to reply and accommodate our check in alteration. Check in was also extremely easy and simple. The pool was incredible. It was never busy and a very relaxed atmosphere. Was never an issue getting a sun bed, no matter what time we went. There was always areas both in the shade and sun so it worked out for everyone’s needs. Only feedback for the unit would be to include more towels. We only had two pool towels which wasn’t enough for our stay, since we didn’t want to do laundry. This is more of feedback for the condo, but later hot tub hours would be great. We found that it was too hot to use during the day and we would have loved to utilize the hot tub later in the night, although I understand it’s probably just to limit noise late at night. The additional amenities of the gym and billiards table was great too. Would definitely stay there again. I even recommended it to my brother who will be visiting in a few weeks.

Short Golf and Bourbon Tasting Trip

Really enjoyed my stay at Maya Condo location. Close to everything I needed or wanted to visit. Unit was as described, everything I needed was available. Pool areas was nice and people were welcoming and enjoyable to talk with. Parking was really convenient to unit and Starbuck and Shopping across the street. Will look to stay here again when back in Old Scottsdale! Highly recommend visiting Porters Western Saloon in Old Scottsdale, great drinks made to perfection. Ask for owner Grey.

Nice remodel in Scottsdale

The condo was nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. Some noise from condo above woke us early the first morning and lawn maintenance the last morning, but in a large complex that can be expected.
