Beautiful first floor condo in the heart of Fripp Island! Six people can sleep in this 2BR/2 Bath with a pull out couch. The master bedroom and living room open up to a screen porch with breathtaking marsh and canal views. An updated and fully stocked kitchen has all stainless steel appliances. We have wireless internet and three TV’s with streaming services. Our condo is the best way to experience Fripp without breaking the bank!

Located on Tarpon and right across the street from the beach and island amenities such as the Beach Club pools, food court, restaurants, and tennis and pickle ball courts. A crabbing and fishing dock is just steps out your back door.

Perfect Beach Week!

This villa was the perfect place for us! We’re all young adults branching off from our family’s typical vacation house during beach week, & it was perfect! The space had everything we needed & more, it was so clean & so well kept. The owners were great communicators & very helpful in anything we needed or any questions we had! The location is great for parking, golf cart parking, very quiet area, wonderful marsh views, and fabulous beds & rooms!! Such a great place to rent and great people to rent from.

Very beautiful marsh location with a beach boardwalk just across the way! Perfect location! Beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped!

Perfect stay

Absolutely Perfect

This was our first trip to Fripp Island and could not have been any better. The hosts were great as were their unit. Fripp as a whole was perfect for our family. We are already planning next year’s trip.

Great location. Nice marsh view.

The condo is spacious for the size. It has a pullout sofa options and two bedrooms and baths. The recent updates are nice and the owners are quick to respond to any concerns or needs. I would definitely book a return visit.

Easy, quiet and relaxing!

We really enjoyed our stay at 172 Fripp Island. The property felt so safe and was also so quiet at night. We had friends staying at Hunting Island State Park so we went back and forth from there quite a bit. The beach (just across the street was an easy walk and my 4 year old enjoyed hunting for shells. We hope to come back!

Fripp Island stay

The place was great, will look at renting again when we go to Fripp. The only issue was the dishwasher was showing an error, we thought we might be doing something wrong, didn't matter we just washed dishes by hand of the evening. Overall was wonderful time and atay there.

Steps to Summer Bliss

Our stay at BCV 172 was nothing short of amazing! The accommodations were cozy and welcoming, just as we had hoped. The condo was well appointed and just a short walk to the pool and beach. The owners were available and remarkably responsive to all of our questions. They offered recommendations and accommodations making our family vacation memorable! One of our best experiences in 28 years of Fripp tripping!

Family's First Fripp

Our first trip to Fripp Island was most enjoyable and the best part was the accommodations. This condo had everything & anything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. From a fully stocked kitchen to laundry onsite. Since there were 6 of us we used the sofa bed which was so comfortable. Only issue we had was the TV connection. Beach towels, chairs & even beach toys for little was provided. It took awhile to figure it out but the teenagers caught on pretty quickly and the adults weren't there for TV, so not really a problem. The best part for us though had to be the screened porch tidal creek & beyond view. We sat there all the time we weren't asleep or at the beach! Multiple different birds & a gator were visitors we observed. The condo is conveniently located adjacent to the tennis courts and the pools & shops are across the street. The beach is just a 5 minute or so walk byway of boardwalks from adult pool area or from the condos across the street. All & all the trip was a great success and the condo was perfect for housing us, our daughter & the grand girls. Thanks so much. (Note 1: The pools & restaurants are by club card only. Be sure to ask about purchasing. Ours were waiting for us at the main gate welcome center. Note 2: Buy your groceries off island, on your way in, as the store there has very limited selections.)

Fripp Island

The location of the condo was close to the beach. Fripp is a beautiful island and it's a great place to explore. The beach is wide, clean and beautiful. Lots of beach accesses and walking paths. Condo was adequate for our needs and condo looked clean but the cleaners need to be more thorough with cleaning, especially the showers-mold. Condo was dark- faces north and lighting, especially in the kitchen, poor. Nice view of the marsh but access was limited to the dock due to construction. The back entrance of the condo was locked and a 2x4 nailed across the back door the last week of our stay. We were told the work would continue for several months. The owners did not advise us of this situation. Owners did not have our reservation the front gate. I had contacted the owner before we arrived as I had seen this situation in a previous review and it happened again! I recommend getting accurate and timely updates about the constructions; walkway to dock/pier is blocked and the construction materials and equipment are strewn all over the backyard.

Nice and centrally located

This is a nice property. Centrally located on Fripp. Only 5-steps to get into the property and all rooms on same floor. Beautiful views and across the road from the Fripp adult pool, beach access and Sandbar Adult Beverage station.

Great location

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week. The kitchen is well stocked. The condo is right across the street from the beach access. The only thing that we did not like was not being able to control the thermostat in the condo. The owner has to be contacted.

Clean and perfect

Very nice and as advertised. Suggest you rent a golf cart to enjoy the Island. Not so good food on the Island and suggest you come prepared as grocery is a 40 mile round trip.

Our family of four (all school teachers and two football coaches in Camden, Summerville, and Mount Pleasant) vacationed at Fripp for the first time in the summer of 2019. After one week at Fripp, we knew this was the place we wanted to bring our extended family to for vacations. We have a four bedroom home about 500 feet down the road from the condo, and we look forward to hosting your family in one or both of our homes!
