Enjoy a close view of the beach and shared pool, directly from your private balcony! This condo is oceanfront at its heart, with beachy decor on the inside to keep you in the mood for exploration. Wake up in the morning with coffee from either a standard or Keurig model coffee maker. The kitchenette provides enough tools to prepare small meals (and enough fridge space to store leftovers from your local culinary adventures). The Murphy bed provides an extra space to rest. When you're coming back from adventures, close the drapes for a peaceful night's sleep. Guests can enjoy access to a shared pool, hot tub, fitness room, and game room as part of their stay. But of course, the beach awaits.

What's nearby:
The beach is just a short walk away, and the Daytona Beach Main Street Pier is under a mile away! Don't forget to walk through the Daytona Boardwalk Amusement Area and Pier, set up with enough activities and shopping to occupy visitors for a long time. The area is also full of fantastic restaurants, from fine dining at The Cellar to casual eats at Bay Street Seafood (both within two miles of the condo). Guests can drive just under five miles to the Daytona International Speedway and enjoy a tour if not a fun day at the races.

Ok, but some details missing

The location of this unit is amazing, overlooking the beach and close to some restaurants. However, some details were missing, for example we only received one bath towel (2 people registered as guests), no bath towels, no bathroom floor mat. Additionally, bathroom could use some upgrades (fixtures).

Great stay

Our 3 week stay began with a non functional toilet.I informed management immediately. They responded right away and sent someone to fix it within an hour. We were very pleased. The property was nice, many very friendly staff. View from our room was phenomenal. I just have to say that the room needs some maintenance done, closet door fell off, tray tables were broken and needs new curtains. We did have a very enjoyable stay.

conditions of rental needs to be upgraded...dated

everything was find just that rental was dated back to the fifties. when i stay in a rental i like for it look more modern, a good sofa, a casual chair and update fixtures on the wall

Pics are not of the room I stayed in. I wouldn’t stay again.

The first thing I noticed when walking in is that it’s not the same room in the picture. The second thing was there no bath towels, a little later during the day my toddler found the towels under the bathroom sink. They only give you one pool towel. The pots and pans are old they need to be replaced. I made dinner and all the food had a weird taste. The can opener was broken. The second Murphy bed was basically broken all the support beams just fell right off, you can see the sag in the bed when it was down. My toddler slept on it which was fine for him, but as for adults I don’t think it will work. Pros: View is beautiful, we did see some dolphins swimming. The building is secure, you need a key to access everything in the building. The staff is great and friendly.

R&R stay

We could have stayed longer to enjoy the beach and sunshine. Only thing we did not like was cars were allowed to park on the beach right in front of condo pool. The beach erosion is significant which made sitting on the beach limited due to cars parked where we could have had our umbrella and loungers. The staff were helpful and glad to assist where they could.

STRESSFUL stay. I was towed even though I followed parking instructions. No reimbursement nor ETA for reimbursement yet. My emails to info@vacasa.com are getting blocked! Unless I get a swift reimbursement, we'll pick up the conversation on social media channels.

Nice beach view condo

The photos are not current but otherwise this is a nice condo. The facility is nice and I liked that everyone needs a key to get in and out. It’s a great location to restaurants and activities. We will definitely book again.

SUNSHINE SEEKERS

We came down for 5 night and the weather was perfect. However, I rented a place with 2 beds for a reason. So when we arrived and there was no bedding for the 2nd bed I was quite disappointed. I called the guest service number to let them know about the lack of bedding and also that the TV wasn't working. It was 9pm and I was told it was too late to do anything about these issues at that late time but someone would call in the morning. At 11am the following day I made a follow-up call to see what the status of our requests were. Again told someone would call shortly. At 5pm I called again and the person who answered apologized for the lack not communication and said her would personally make a call and get back to us. He did and about 2 hours later the "service" guy showed up. He had a universal remote for the TV we reported didn't seem to be getting power. He checked a few things and the power cord was lose. Easy fix. Then I asked about bedding for the 2nd bed. He told us he couldn't buy anything without talk to the owner first and that he was calling them right when he left and would let us know when he was bringing a blanket. Needless to say we never received bedding for the 2nd bed. We didn't let it ruin our stay and used a small throw our daughter traveled with. We liked the air fryer for heating up leftovers and the view couldn't have been any better. This shouldn't be advertised as 2 beds if proper bedding not being provided.

Fantastic place!

For the first time in my history of renting beach condos, I was notified via text that my place was ready to check in 2 hours early! That was incredible! Easy to find, enough parking and the staff of the building were amazing! Very friendly and always cleaning! Hardly ever waited for an elevator, and when I did, it was no more than one minute. Security was better than I’ve ever seen. Very impressed! The unit was absolutely adorable and had everyone could think of needing. All I had to do was fill the fridge. There were PLENTY of great restaurants right in the area. The view from the balcony was incredible. The unit was clean and adorably decorated. The bed has soooo very comfy. And when in your room, you don’t hear every little noise from the rooms next to you or the hallways. I was there to move my son to college, so you can bet that this will be my go to place! I loved it!

Good location

This was our first time vacationing in Daytona and we had a great time. This unit is small, but I knew that ahead of time and it wasn’t a problem because it was just me and my husband. I loved that there was a Keurig in the unit, but it would’ve been nice to know ahead of time so I could’ve brought my own k-pods instead of having to buy more. The decor was nice, but the loveseat has seen better days. Very uncomfortable. Since it’s the only place to sit in the unit, we made do. The bathroom could use some updates. When you turn on the light, the fan automatically comes on too and it is very loud. The toilet paper holder was all rusty. The patio door has a lock, but it doesn’t work. The balconies are only separated by a railing, so it would be very easy for someone to enter your room. The first floor units’ patios had dividers, so I don’t know why the rest of them don’t. The a/c unit was one like they have in typical hotel rooms and did a pretty good job of keeping us cool, but it needs some maintenance. It was not attached properly and would move when you pushed the buttons. The outside part of the unit fell off if you touched it. This would be unsafe for children. I liked that the complex required a key to get into the amenities areas; that made me feel safe. Overall, this unit was worth what we paid.

Not for me

We had a two night reservation. After being at the condo for 3 hours, my daughter and I left in the middle of the night to go stay at a Marriott. I have never in my life done this before. I could not breath from my nose from the unclean air being kicked out from the AC unit. I did not have any issues before arriving or at the Marriott. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is so loud that you can’t use the light while in the bathroom. I messaged the host about 30 minutes after we left and never heard a peep from them. The pictures are not reflective of the condo in person.

Great location

This unit was in a great location. It was an easy walk to the boardwalk, shops, and restaurants. The unit itself had everything we needed for our stay. There were a few minor improvements we communicated to the property manager for future guests. The complex is secure and you need your keys to access everything, including the lobby doors after the office closes and the pool area. The pool was very cold and did not seem heated. The complex had a quieter and older crowd, we did not see a single child or even teenager during our stay. However, there is a game room and the complex is located right next to a park with a splashpad and child area.

Perfect for just the two of us!

We were short on time & making a quick reservation was needed. We enjoyed our stay at this cozy little spot. However, I couldn’t imagine having my children share the room too. It would have been a tight fit especially if it were a wk long trip. Probably should keep this as a small couple spot or even just two friends type of reservation spot. Otherwise it was clean, well stocked & a cute little place.

Rough Start; Amazing Finish

The original resort had maintenance issue that wasn’t communicated when we got there. VRBO really went above and beyond to accommodate us. Great view. Great location.
