*私の家は2019年のハリケーンによって損傷を受けていません。
この美しい家は2008年に建てられ、信じられないほどの水の景色で美しく装飾されています。

キングベッド付きのマスタースイートが2つあります（1階に1つ、2階に1つ）。 2つのツインベッド、1つはクイーン、2階のロフト/クイーンサイズの引き出し式ソファ付きの研究室、およびクイーンサイズのエアロベッドが隣接するロフトのある部屋。

キッチンは大きく、水を眺めながらグルメ料理を調理するのに最適です。 メインリビングスペースは、キッチン、ダイニングエリア、素晴らしい部屋とエントランスに流れています。

リビングルームには2階建ての天井があり、プールと水が見えます。

裏庭の大きなプールは消失エッジを持ち、エリザベス港とクラブケイに向かって見えます。

Great host! We had terrific communication with our host during the entire process. The home and location is simply stunning. Spectacular location and view. Large pool with an amazing outdoor kitchen WITH icemaker outside. The icemaker was a huge bonus for fishing and cocktails in the evening. The home is beautiful inside as well. The rooms were clean and beautiful, the pictures really don't do this home justice. It is a dream location while staying at a gorgeous well stocked home. We will stay here again. I cant think of one thing we would change, absolutely perfect stay.

This home is exceptionally decorated with quality throughout. The dining, living room, bedroom, pool, and patio furniture are like a 5-star resort. Located in a private gated community, February Point, the home rental includes (at no additional cost) club amenities and a restaurant. Cathy (host) was available by email and very responsive. Daphne (on island property manager) was available by phone (WhatsApp) and very responsive with thorough answers to questions about the home, local activities for our family (often providing links and phone numbers) and more. Thank you for a wonderful vacation, Daphne and Cathy!

Nicely appointed ed big souse on a quiet Island

My family thoroughly enjoyed this house. It was clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, and was in really good condition. The location is perfect for boat lovers, and the pool was nice too. We would definitely stay here again.

Can’t wait to go back!

The house was absolutely amazing and the location could not have been better. It was the perfect size for us(3 couples). The purchase/checkin/checkout processes were all very easy as well. This was definitely the best vacation we have ever been on. Will return soon!

Fabulous stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the starfish villa’ It was very well equipped and the location was stellar. I would suggest doing a lot of boating activities as these were the highlights of our trip. The photos just don’t do this place justice! We will definitely be back to stay here in years to come. Only hiccup was finding the house itself but we reached out to the property manager who answered right away and guided us to the right house!

Paradise in February Point

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is so much nicer than the pictures. Evvie was so accommodating and everyone was so polite. This is one of the best places for a family. This was our second trip to the exumas, and this stay was our favorite! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Feels like home

This house not only met our needs perfectly, it is so tastefully appointed it feels more like home than a weekly rental. We had a small issue with upstairs water pressure but other than that had no complaints. The manager was quick to respond to any and all questions. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful home and wonderful safe location.

We were a family with 3 adult children. Everyone had plenty of space to enjoy time together but also nice separate private bedrooms. It is right on the water with plenty of water toys. There is no sandy beach but we still enjoyed snorkeling. Kitchen is fully stocked and we cooked as well as walked to the Rusty anchor.

Paradise in Exuma

Beautifully maintained property with lush gardens and unbeatable views. The house is perfect for 1 or 2 families (2 master bedrooms) with 8-10 people. A new dock is a perfect place to keep a boat to explore the harbor and surrounding islands. 5 minute ride into town by boat or car makes shopping and dinning convenient. Hope to be back next year.

The house was just what we were looking for! Lots of space. Big kitchen with everything we needed to cook many evenings! Loved having a pool this time in the Exumas. Plenty of SUP’s/kayaks (all in great condition) to use during your stay. Owner and property manager responsive to our inquiries. We love February Point. Will definitely try and stay here again next summer!
