美しいクリスタルビーチコミュニティのシーニックハイウェイ98にあり、シュガーホワイトサンドとメキシコ湾のエメラルド色の海の向かいにあるこの海辺のコミュニティは、素晴らしい隠れ家です。
レンタルするには25歳以上である必要があります。

新しいソファの写真。 最近改装されたコンドミニアムは、湾の素晴らしい景色を望む1階にあります。 パティオからは、豪華なエメラルドの水を眺めることができます。 プール、ワールプール、バーベキューエリアはすぐ近くです。 ビーチへのアクセスは通りの向かいです。

クイーンサイズのベッドを備えた大きなマスターベッドルームには、ジャグジー浴槽のある広々としたバスルームへの独立した入り口があります。 キッチンは明るく広々としており、設備が整っています。 ホールには二段ベッドが組み込まれ、追加のゲストを収容するためのソファーベッドが含まれています。 便利なように、洗濯機と乾燥機もユニットに含まれています。

今年の冬、花崗岩のカウンタートップ、ステンレス鋼の電化製品、新しいキャビネット、その他多くの設備を備えた新しいキッチンが設置されました。

The condo is listed as ‘ocean view’. Not an accurate description as only a sliver of the ocean is visible and only if outside. Owner/rep left a quite extensive detailed list of items for checkout, including a call to the maid to tell her when we plan to be out of the unit. Checkout is at 10:00, this should be when the maid knows to clean. The details are written in a tone reminiscent of a parent chastising a child - even telling us to keep coins and paper clips off the floor so it doesn’t break the vacuum.

Great spot for small family

The kids loved the bunk beds. Master bed mattress is really comfortable. Just steps to the pool and beach. Ground floor is unbeatable

great location to beach and shopping

Enjoyed the local coffee shop with their music. Nice access to the beach. Close to nice restaurants and shopping. Friendly neighbors. Great places to walk.

Very nice!

The property was nice especially for the price. Could definitely use some updating. If I had to say anything negative it would probably be the lack of beach towels when we showed up, paper towels toilet paper etc. But overall the location can't be beat.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable and the location was great! The public beach access is across the street. Very close to shopping and restaurants. We would stay there again!

Damily first road trip and Vacation

We had an absolute AMAZING TIME! less than 5 min walk to the beach, and there is litterally stores within walking distance. I highly recommend to everyone!! We will be bk :)

Easy access from parking to condo and easy 1 min walk to a beautiful beach! We were very comfortable!! Will definitely be back!

Birthday trip

This is a cozy little condo with all the necessities. Close to everything including a nice restaurant next door. Only 5 minute walk and you're on the beach. Perfect for a couple with kids or 2-3 adults. This is our 2nd trip here and we plan to do it again.

Get what you pay for

Great price and location. If you're staying more than one night, be prepared to bring trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and beach towels. I suggest checking the bed sheets as the check out instructions are very adamant that you DO NOT strip the beds. However, the other cleaning instructions have you doing everything except mopping and vacuuming the floors. As a frequent traveler, this is the first time I have encountered this.

Great Location

Really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was perfect for a family of four. The bunk beds are really good size. They were bigger than other condos we stayed at. The Master Bedroom bed was really comofortable. Staying on the first floor was nice for an easy walk to the beach. The beach entrance is right across the street and has a ramp. This was key because we bring a wagon to get all of our beach gear down to the beach. You really can't beat the location of this condo right next to the Cafe and a great restaurant at night. I will note that the wifi password on the fridge was wrong but the password can be found on the bottom of the modem behind the TV. The internet was really fast which was nice.

Amazing location!

The condo is really beautiful, you Can feel like home! Just make sure when you are going to the public beach take the left entry (from the property) because the right entry is really tiny, that part to the gulf have a lot of private beaches. No complaints with this property! Definitely I’ll come back!

No spare key

We made the mistake and left through the back door with the front door bolted. Take our mistake and just be sure you don’t do the same. Susan was less than friendly and let us know that we had to call a locksmith - $250, it cost us! Then we wake up to a huge roach on the floor. I know this is just one experience and hopefully it won’t happen to any of you but just beware. Everything else was fine.

They give me the code for swimming. It may be wrong or gate is not working. Poor communication to solve this problem.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE…Stay away from this place

Property manager is horrible at replying to your calls or messages. Where should I start, we’ll, she gives the wifi login but no wifi name so it was impossible to find it as there were so many in the area. I sent her a message but never got a reply. Next, she states not to lock the dead bolt on the front door if you leave as you will lock yourself out but she also states on the website the password to unlock the back up keys in case you do lock yourself out but wait….THESE KEYS DON’T OPEN ANY OF THE DOORS. I called her and she was upset for me actually call her to inquire about this and was very rude and told me that I needed to pay a locksmith to open the door. So I was lock your of the condo for hours and landlord (Susan) didn’t care. The locksmith showed up and she and her husband also happened to be property owners and I explained the situation and they completely agreed with me and stated that backup keys are to get access to the condo in case this happens. I contacted Susan and she stated that she did not care about my money and that she was not reimbursing me for the cost of getting a locksmith….I talk to a family staying a condo down the street and asked if they were provided with extra keys and they went and Chevy and found out that they were and the keys ACTUALLY open all the doors. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF a headache and book somewhere else.
