SLEEPING FACILITIES: 2/4 people max. BEDROOM: 140cm bed. LIVING ROOM: convertible sofa. KITCHEN: Refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, 4-plates ceramic hob.
SANITARY: bathroom with shower and sink. Separate WC. TV.
The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the co-ownership and is normally open from 15/06 to 30/09, according to the meteo.
Deposit 250 € + 50 € returned upon departure after inventory and cleaning. IMPORTANT: beyond 6 p.m. and up to 8 p.m. maximum, reception is possible with an additional cost of 80 € agreed in writing .
