HOUSE RULES
• Minimum age to book is 25. Primary guest must remain on property for the full stay.
• This is a pet-free property. No guest pets permitted, including emotional support animals.
• Guests must complete the Happy Guest portal within 48 hours of booking to upload ID, sign the rental agreement, and receive check-in information.
• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM | Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
• Easy self check-in via personalized door code.
• Smoking, vaping, drugs, and firearms are not permitted inside the condo or on the balcony.
• Maximum occupancy includes all guests of all ages. Exceeding occupancy may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Before departure, please remove trash and food and start the dishwasher.

Family Vacation

Our family vacation was such a blast. The host was hands down amazing and so quick to respond to any questions we had. Everything was just as the pictures show. The condo was clean and well taken care of. And the best part was the ocean view right on the beach. Definitely a favorite and we look forward to booking again.

Super clean, amazing views!!!

Condo was so cute and charming, very clean!! Had everything we needed, a perk was the courtesy towels, and the cute snack bowl they set out to welcome! Short walk to the beach and even had a nice rinse off area on the walk way from the beach! Amazing view! 10/10 and we will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Quick summer getaway

This place was great. We have come to the Destin area every summer for several years now . This place was definitely one of the best places we have rented. Location was great and we loved the fact that we had beach service. The apartment was nicely updated and cleaner that any other place we have rented. We had an issue with the blender and the owner got back to us right away. We look forward to coming back next year and staying again!

Perfect Location

We had our whole family to include two 3 yr old grand babies. Very convenient to the beach and pool. Nice appliances. Spacious balcony. Short list of things to do for checkout. Convenient to lots of things to do and places to eat. Nice week enjoying each others company. ❤️

We absolutely LOVED everything about this condo! It was updated, CLEAN, and beautiful! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, appliances, etc. The views were gorgeous, the beach was clean, and even the attendants were nice. Seriously, I can not recommend this place enough. We will be back, and we absolutely hated to leave. Thank you so much for making such a beautiful “home away from home” for us!

Family vacation

The property was beautiful. Each room looked just like the pictures. The beach view could not be beat and the complementary beach service was a nice perk. The condo was clean and well stocked. The owner thought of every thing you might possibly need while vacationing there and made sure it was available. My only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom was super firm and made it hard to get comfortable but all the other details made up for it.

Girls’ Trip

We (7 girls) spent 5 nights here for a fun girls’ trip. The condo was perfect! It was clean and well kept. Easy to access with the codes they sent ahead of arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, utensils, cups, pots & pans, dishes and more. 2 different types of coffee makers. The view from the balcony is amazing, as it looks out over the Gulf. Several mornings we sat on the balcony and watched dolphins jump out in the Gulf. There is plenty of sleeping space and extra pillows and blankets. It was pretty quiet and felt safe. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Would highly recommend this!!

Graduation weekend a success!

We were down visiting family for graduation, and needed a centrally located condo. This was perfect!The property manager was communicative, prepped us for our arrival and departure in detail, and set us up for a great long weekend. Super quick to get to the pool and beach, and the beach service was great. Be prepared to snag chairs super early if you want the front row. We had to deal with a group of 12 who claimed chairs at 8am, and didn’t actually show up to the beach until after 1pm. We ‘borrowed’ a couple in the morning, because we didn’t want them to go to waste While the amenities were wonderful across the board. the milkshake maker was our 11 year old’s favorite part! We drive an EV, so if you’re looking for charging we would recommend driving into Destin to use the chargers next to Fudpuckers! They were maintained well, unlike the closest ones at The Gulf (we still love a good hang at The Gulf though! Don’t skip it!)Thanks again!

Better than described! Easy access to everything!

We had a wonderful time in 216! It was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious. Better than that.. the access to everything!! Especially with babies! The parking spot is at the foot of the stairs. You take a short walk up (or use elevator) and you’re at the room! We left our sandy beach things at our vehicle because we passed it each time we headed to the beach. So easy! Pool was located so that I could watch one baby swim with her dad while caring for my other on the balcony of the room! So nice! The beach was the shortest walk from any condo I’ve stayed in previously as well. All good things and excellent communication with the owner. Only issue was that I wasn’t aware that the key pad to type the code into lit up to type it. So at first glance, there’s no place to type the code. Owner responded right away to help!
