This beautiful beach front condo is located on the 4th floor with direct, unrestricted beach access. The spacious balcony also provides unobstructed views of the blue water, stunning sunset and sunrise views, and wildlife you may see on the beach or in the water. The condo is conveniently located minutes away from Downtown Destin, many local restaurants and shops, and the Harborwalk Marina area.

The primary bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed with two bunk-beds located just in the hallway that provide additional sleeping space for two, perfect for teens or kids. The full sized kitchen is equipped with dishes, silverware and cookware. We also provide fresh linens, towels and starter amenity kits with your booking, as well as access to the in-unit washer and dryer.

The Condo complex is a great place for a quiet beach side getaway fully equipped with two beachside swimming pools, one is heated during the winter months for the Snowbirds! The property also has an exercise room, tennis & pickleball courts and a barbeque area. You will enjoy your stay in this beautiful, clean, and newly updated condo without crowds and loud noise. The scenery is breathtaking with the most extraordinary white sand beaches and emerald water in the state of Florida.
