Breathtaking sunsets await from the second story wrap-around deck on this gorgeous coastal style newly built home located steps from Bonita Beach and the famous Doc's Beach House!

This home features a premier location and luxury stay all in one. Walk just steps to the beach, rent a boat, paddleboard, jet ski, cabana or beach loungers just across the street at Docs or enjoy an incredible meal at one of the areas great local restaurants just mins from the door!

The space-
Enjoy a stress free stay in this newly built home with a modern open-concept living space, vaulted ceiling and gorgeous kitchen. Double sliders open the dinning space to the upper level deck providing a true Florida indoor/outdoor atmosphere! Enjoy your coffee or wine on the deck or simply relax and take in the beautiful gulf breeze every night.

The spacious living space, 3 bedroom, 3 baths plus the ample outdoor living areas make this home great for groups to gather and still have space to spread out.

The large master bedroom has a king sized bed, gorgeous bathroom with walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom provides a queen bed with lots of storage and a full bathroom right across the hall. Located on the other side of the home for extra privacy the third bedroom has a full bed with an attached full bathroom and large closet.

Don't forget this home has a boat lift and gulf access! Rent a boat from one of the many area rental companies and store it for a couple days or the length of your stay right out front!

Everything provided in this home from dishes to towels to beach chairs, just bring your swimsuit!

Neighborhood description-
Walk right across the street to the beautiful Bonita Beach via public beach access or Doc's Beach House where you can rent a paddleboard, loungers, cabana, jet skis and so much more! Doc's also provide great food and drinks along with several other wonderful local restaurants just a few minutes away such as Coconut Jacks, The Fish House and Hickory Bay Grill. The Bonita Beach area is known for laid back luxury, applause-worthy sunsets and overall peaceful vibe!

Walk or bike anywhere! Covered dedicated parking for up to 4 vehicles provided within the driveway/under area of the home.

Was such a great house location wise, cleanliness and had everything we needed for the beach! Loved being able to walk right over to the beach and the house had a cooler, chairs, umbrella, etc. for us to take.

This is absolutely a perfect place to rent if you are in Bonita Springs. The location and the home are fantastic. The owner was extremely helpful. I don’t think that it can be underestimated how prime this location is with plenty of parking.

The property is just as described in the listing. Perfect location, close to restaurants, shops and directly across from the beach. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Considering there is still clean up going on in the area, this was a great place to stay. Easy walk to beach. The place was completely intact, a great place to stay. As of early January there were still no restaurants open close but we had a car and it wasn't a problem for us. Would definitely stay there again

Do not hesitate to book this house

This house is one of the best we've stayed in and we do a lot of travel using VRBO. If you are dog owners, there is fantastic off-leash dog beach just minutes away. The location of the house could not be better, just across from the beach and walking distance to several restaurants. Just a short drive to grocery stores and all that you will need for your stay. Next time we stay there (and we will be back) going to secure a boat as this also has a dock and the waterways are a must here. The house is simply fantastic.
