Come play in this Sunny South facing Saltwater Pool and Spa. The huge heated pool (heating is optional, additional fees apply - please ask for details) with expanded deck for lounging is perfect for family fun and relaxation. This four bedroom, three bath home is located in a quiet residential subdivision on a large corner lot yet still close to Disney, shopping, and golf. The master bedroom has a new king bed, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower, and direct access to the pool area. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3 with twin beds. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and an attached bathroom with shower. There are plenty of linens and towels provided.

The king and queen bedrooms have new Samsung smart TVs for streaming your favorite programs. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances. It has all the small appliances, pans and tableware needed for a great meal or a quick snack. A formal dining room, kitchen counter seating, and a breakfast nook table provide plenty of choices for enjoying a meal together. The family room has a large TV with cable programming and a formal living room provides another lovely seating area for conversation. The utility room has a full sized washer and dryer along with ironing board and iron. This home also has a two car garage with electric garage door opener for easy loading and unloading of luggage. This home will be the perfect place for your Florida vacation.

Please note:
This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
* Pool and spa heat can be added to your booking for an additional $30 per night (ask for details)
* You may need to add a refundable $250 security deposit. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.
*Maximum occupancy is 8 people. Additional 2 guests are allowed, however, note that there are only beds for 8 in the home (additional costs apply for the 2 extra guests).
