Beautiful villa

Beautiful oasis to return to after college visits

The house was exactly as described on VBRO. It was very spacious, nicely furnished, and the pool, Jacuzzi were lovely to soak in after long days of walking. It rained one day and we had a fun family day, playing pool and foosball. The house is also very conveniently located to a Wallmart, Publix, how many restaurants! If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here again if it’s available!!!

Winter get away

Our stay was almost two months and enjoyed every day of it. Appreciate the upgrades the owner ( Cheryl) makes and the property manager (Robert) is fantastic.

Infestation

There were coach roaches and ants. The first night we killed two large cockroaches and numerous ants. Reported this to the owner and someone was sent out three or four days later. The problem still was not taken care of

We were very happy with our stay. Cheryl was very responsive to messages. The house was clean and in a quiet, convenient, safe location. The beds were comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool too.

Finally a warm pool

I would like to start the review with the best part of this house which was the warm pool. This was our fifth Florida vacation home we have rented. This was the first one that actually provided a warm pool when promised. Note the whirlpool is not a hot tub and was not much warmer than the pool. The pool was clean and a great temperature especially since the days prior to our stay were record lows in Florida. It was great to be able to swim in the early mornings in a warm pool. The sun is on the pool majority of the day. The master bed mattress is soft and provided the best sleep of my life. I had been suffering from sore hips prior to the trip which completely vanished during our stay. I took a picture of the mattress tag and will be ordering one for our home. The queen bed room is not a second master which we were expecting based on similar layouts. However we just designated the third bath to that room. Nice neighbourhood we walked to the park. There are two to choose from near by. I would suggest the owners get newer living room furniture as the couches seemed faded. There should also be more pool area seating. One of the chairs was broken. It would benefit greatly if lounge chairs were provided. This home was well equipped. Though we have stayed at homes with more extras. The tvs were very hard to operate. If we didn’t have our teenaged children with us we may never have been able to watch a show. Lol we are only 40. The remotes didn’t work we had to downloads apps to work tv. The TVs are different than the ones in the photos. They are upgraded but difficult to use. We would have appreciated a second lock on the door that wasn’t code activated. Even just a flip lock or the handle lock. My teens Ubered to Universal ranging in $35-45 costs one way. Overall we would rent here again. The warm pool is a win! The super soft master bed is a healer. And the home is adequately stocked. Lots of room.

Wonderful Stay

Our family enjoyed a terrific vacation while staying at this property. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood with short travel times to major theme parks. Everything was just as described, lots of room for our party of seven, well stocked, and wonderful pool/patio area. Owner was super responsive with questions, thank you Cheryl for maintaining such a great vacation home!

Our stay

We truly made the best of our stay. We were disappointed that the pool was not clean when we got there and the Spa was not working at all. These are two big things we look for when we stay at these homes due to my son who is in a wheelchair to be able to enjoy. The property manager was easy to reach and was able to get the pool guy there the next day. He was able to fix the pool filter and clean the pool but the spa was not useable at all. We understand that things can happen but wished we had been told. We paid for pool heat and we lost out on one day of not having it due to pool issue. The home was clean and the layout was great with a few minor things needing repair and replacement. If I had one thing II could suggest to change it would be the family room furniture. But again these are rented out homes and things happen. We’ve been staying in Orange Tree the last 20 years. The area is great and we treat these homes like they are our own. We truly love staying here.

If we could find any complaint at all would be the master bath sink drain plug was closed and wouldn’t open other than that this was the perfect vacation home For my family we would absolutely return in the future.

Great stay

Perfect location for visiting the Disney/Universal and family in the Clermont area. Some of the appliances/kitchen tools were a bit worn but overall everything worked and the house was well stocked and comfortable. Will definitely consider renting again next time we visit.
