We loved the location of this property. Great views of the water, boats and even the dogs on the beach across the channel. It was very relaxing and away from the busyness of central Mission Beach. The condo was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a plus and it was also clean and well maintained. Before booking we read all of the reviews about the tightness of the parking space so we were prepared for potential parking challenges. However, we really didn't have any problems getting in and out of the parking spot. Our only challenge was when a larger vehicle parked next to us and we had to get a little creative exiting the lot. Bunni was a great host, initiating conversation and answering questions promptly. Would definitely stay again!

Clean and comfortable. Parking convenient. If you bring or rent a bicycle you will have a hard time getting it through the gate and up the stairs

Great location and wonderful host

This is the second time we have stayed here over the years. Our daughter was a student at USD and the condo is a great place for us to stay when we visit.

Beautiful property. Many amenities. Nice and peaceful. Having bikes available to ride was a definite plus as every area in SD is packed with cars and parking fees are atrocious.

Having had some bad rental experiences in the past, we were hoping our stay here would be different, and we were very pleasantly surprised. Bunni was very quick to respond to every question, and the place itself along with the location were both absolutely stunning. We will definitely be back!

Loved Bunni’s little condo. Easy to work with and so close to the bay and ocean. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again next year.

Great Staycation

Had a great time in San Diego and this location is awesome if you want to experience the beach and San Diego. Easy access to the beach and everything we wanted to experience. Excellent communication from the owner. Would stay here again!
