Lake House- A Place for a Great Vacation!
An amazingly cozy Lake House located in one of the most beautiful private lakes in Adirondack Mountains in Northern New York. This four bedroom Lake House can readily accommodate up to 10 people with no issues. (We can let couple more people stay but they will have to use (new) sleeper sofa) Come here in summer and enjoy boating, swimming, fishing, hiking, climbing and much more. Stop here in winter and you can go snow shoeing, skiing, ice fishing and enjoy the nature in other ways.
You can seat on the spacious porch and enjoy the view of the Star Lake while reading your book or take a trip on a floating dock (very common and a trade mark of Star Lake) to the sand dune and have a fun day on the lake. Large master bedroom with 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can accommodate a large family/party. Air conditioning is only in the master bedroom. We provide fans for all bedrooms. House has a washer and a dryer. This is a vacation for a family or a group of friends- everyone will find something to do. If you want to see other attractions, Town of Saranac Lake, Thousand Islands and Lake Placid are a little over an hour away, this house is a gem! Book your trip today. We are a new property and plan to have a loyalty discount for returning customers going forward.
We are also allowing guests to use our boats! Which include the following: two Youth Stand Up Kayaks, two Youth sit on top kayaks, two adult sit on top kayaks, one pedal boat that fits two adults and two children. Plus floating dock with a motor. $500 deposit.Amazing deal!

We are two sisters - Alla and Naira who love outdoors very much: mountain climbing, canoeing, whitewater rafting, skiing, fishing and more. Many years ago we were lucky to find out about wonderful place called Adirondacks and traveling there to enjoy the serenity of it all we had a dream to one day be proud homeowners in the area and so we did in 2021! Since we both work full time and take care of the family, we decided that some part of the year we can rent the house out and let others discover joy of Adirondack Park just like once we did. We have travelled the world and seen a lot and know for sure that there is no place like here!

Beautiful house on the Star Lake! The Star Lake is available and accessible only to those who have a house on it; this is definitely the hidden gem of the Adirondacks! You will find serenity and enjoy the time on the lake with family and friends. And after the day is done; you can relax by fire pit down by the lake on your own private beach or sit on the porch enjoying the sunset or reading a book. This house is simply wonderful.
With four comfortable bedrooms and various bed arrangements, you can come with a big family or group of friends.
Currently there is no large grocery store, we have UB's for meat and other goodies and Circle K also for beyond basics. So pack your favorite foods and things you feel you can't live without.
We also have COVID protocols in place so we ask that you bring your own bedding and towels.
There is so much to do in this region and see so whether you are active vacationer or one who loves to wind down and relax- you all will find this place will exceed your expectations!

The lake is spring fed making the water crystal clear and very inviting to play and swim. There is a large sand bar located about 30 yards away were the water is only a foot deep. A great place to enjoy the lake. We have a wonderful selection of boats so you can paddle away on the lake and enjoy it fully. The house is equipped with a floating dock with a motor so you can move to the sand dune and hangout for fun- this is a unique Star Lake activity, you will see many chilling on the floating docks and enjoying it. We have a grill for you so you can do a BBQ on the porch and enjoy time on the Lake Fire pit down by the lake so you can relax on Adirondack Chairs and listen to Tajar Tales. There is a Golf Course five minutes from the house. Many of the unique sightseeing locations are a little over an hour drive (but totally worth it): Lake Placid with its Olympic Center, Saranac Lake with Robert Louis Stevenson Cottage, Thousand Islands - visit castles, Nature Center in Tupper Lake; Numerous hiking trails, fishing opportunities, nature walks, and so much more
