Discover timeless charm and modern comfort in our spacious 2-room Art Deco apartment (60 m²). Ideal for couples or small families, this bright space accommodates 4 guests with WiFi, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Just minutes from the city center, Promenade des Anglais, and the beach. Easy access to trams, buses, and trains for exploring Villefranche, Monaco, Antibes, or Cannes.

This bright apartment offers great amenities, a warm atmosphere and excellent comfort. Ideal for a romantic gateway or vacations with your family, a group of friends or for your business trips.

The beautiful apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator.

It consists of an entrance leading to a beautiful living room, a separate toilet, an independent and equipped kitchen (oven, washing machine, fridge, freezer and coffee maker), a new walk-in shower, and a beautiful, very spacious bedroom with a huge dressing room.

There is a large balcony (7m2) and two smaller ones - perfect for having your aperitif on the balcony on a beautiful summer evening!

The modern bathroom and WC were completely renovated in 2022.

The apartment is quiet and bright. You are in the middle of the city but the one-way street preserves your tranquility.

Lots of storage. A portable AC is provided.

NOTE: Free WIFI Internet connection!

In addition, there is a TV with French programs.

Brand new and very comfortable: A luxurious double bed (160x200cm) + a spacious sofa bed. Everything is perfect for 4 people.

End of stay cleaning and household linen (towels, sheets, blankets, kitchen towels) are provided and are included in the cleaning costs.

Small animals are accepted.

It was such a great stay, the location is perfect, check in and out went very smoothly. The only thing I’ll mention is the wifi is slow especially if you’re planning to work so just be mindful but overall we loved our stay and would come back!

The property was in a great location- 15 minute walk to the beach clubs and 15 minute Uber to Old Nice. The host was very kind and responded quickly. However we did have a few problems. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper provided for a 4 day stay for 4 people and there was no trash bags provided. There was also no air conditioning (a unit was provided but only one room could use it). The stay was for 4 people and the pull out couch was not made or set up before we arrived (also no pillows provided for this sofa) Overall good experience just minor details that were quite frustrating.

The property is located not far from train station and walking distance to a beach. The apartment is on the 4th floor and an elevator is there but very small; be preprogrammed to take multiple rides if you have more than 2 people and luggage. The size of the apartment is large but barely any basic things are available. For example kitchen has a table but no chairs. There is not mirrors anywhere except the bathroom. The main thing is that the property is advertised with having an AC but there’s no AC! There’s a portable AC that works with a window open that defeats the purpose of an AC. For the property this size in a hot weather its a moot point having a portable AC. We had to keep windows open to let some cool air at night but given proximity to the train station, it was noisy. Overall, the property needs some upgrading, it just feels very old and unkept.The property manager was very nice though and easy to communicate with.

As confirmed by all our guests, the listing and photos accurately reflect the spacious, elegant furnishings and the classic charm of the building and elevator, which showcase beautiful French Art Deco architecture. This apartment is truly a jewel, meticulously maintained and cherished by many repeat clients who value its unique character and authentic European experience. We consistently receive 5-star reviews praising its cleanliness, style, and comfort. All of her statements are inaccurate and do not reflect the true condition of the apartment. The listing clearly states there is a mobile AC, which many guests find very convenient as it can be used wherever needed. Additionally, there are five chairs in the apartment—more than enough for four people. We always welcome honest feedback and go above and beyond to ensure the comfort of our guests. Unfortunately, this guest exhibited an unusually negative attitude from day one. We stand by the quality and care of our property and are proud of the overwhelmingly positive experiences shared by our guests.

Charmante Wohnung in Laufdistanz zu Bahnhof, Strand und Innenstadt

Die schöne, große, gut ausgestattete und sehr saubere Wohnung liegt in Laufdistanz zum Bahnhof (5 Min.), zum Strand (10 Min.) und zur Innenstadt (10 Min.). Zwei Supermärkte, mehrere Bäckereien und eine Brasserie sind in zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Für uns war die Wohnung ein super Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt und die Umgebung von Nizza zu entdecken. Wir kommen gern wieder.
