This intimate development consists of 19 units nestled in a quiet area of Coco Beach. Privacy and peace & quiet are the first things that come to mind when trying to describe this beautiful development. There is a rooftop with a shared pool that is maintained daily, with ample seating and lounge chairs to soak up the sun.

Kumaru is a cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom on the fourth floor with everything you'll need to make sure your stay is very comfortable. The main living space has vaulted ceilings and opens onto a good sized balcony where you'll have views of the beautiful Caribbean Ocean and pool above. The kitchen comes complete with everything necessary to cook to your hearts content with a dining room table able to seat 4. The master bedroom has a king bed, and ample closet space.

Also the great view from the Balcony will let you enjoy lovely and romantic sunsets and sunrises having a drink while you can see a partial ocean view from that area. As you can see in the pictures, the balcony fence is made of glass. If you bring kids, they should always be supervised on this area.

The roof top pool has a wider ocean view and comfortable sunbeds to enjoy and nice evening after going to the beach that is just one block far from the building.
The rooftop area has bar and snack service for your convenience.
