Nice location. We enjoyed walking to the beach and the pickle ball courts. My family of 5 felt like we had enough room in the house. I do want to note that the bedrooms are upstairs and the bathrooms are on the main level.

The yellow house is a really great space! We had five adults and were very comfortable. Siblings joining with spouses from across the country. The space was great for visiting, playing games, and relaxing. Easy walk to the beach and downtown for coffee shops and window shopping. Absolutely no complaints! The single bathroom downstairs with all bedrooms upstairs took a little getting used to, but we learned to plan our trips. It wasn't a problem at all. Thanks for your hospitality!

The layout is nice, the neighborhood quiet and the location is fantastic. The host was very attentive and even graciously "rescued" us when we inadvertently locked ourselves out of the home. The porch served as a wonderful place to read and enjoy our morning breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

House is in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and downtown (if you want to walk). Loved the entry way, great place to bring your beach stuff in without bring it all into the house. House was very clean with lots of room for a family of 4.

There was not a bathroom upstairs. This was not listed on the description. It was an issue for my elderly father. The check-in and location were wonderful.

Had a wonderful time at the gorgeous yellow house with my family with weekend!! The house was everything we hoped it to be! We even had a deer and two fawns in the backyard one morning!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!!

Summer adventure

Wife and I were from out of state meeting up with family from MI. We had a great time. Plenty of things to do in Ludington and surrounding area. Hanging out on the porch was the place to be!

Great location in Ludington

We really enjoyed this location for our long weekend in Ludington in June. Being able to walk to the beach was one of the reasons we picked this house and took advantage of that several times. Quick drive into town as well, and not far from the state park. House is well cared for and the management team was helpful and communicative when we needed help with the door code checking in. A couple things to note - the bathrooms are all downstairs with the bedrooms upstairs; and the house does have a lot of cooking / kitchen stuff but not a ton if you are trying to do major cooking. Overall would highly recommend!

Wonderful, Perfect in Every Way

My husband, 8YO and I come to Ludington every year to visit close friends. This year we stayed at the Big Yellow House for the first time and could not be more pleased with the property and neighborhood. We stayed and worked from the house for 3 weeks. The house is so comfortable, the kitchen so well equipped, the beds were comfy, and the location, just 2 blocks to the beach was amazing. We had deer in the yard multiple times which we all loved, and we even played pickle ball across the street and went to an Orioles High School football game to cap off our trip. Evening sunsets, and s'mores on the fire pit, many dinners on the beautiful porch out front were just a few of the memories we made. We will come back again and again. Thank you Nicole and the West Shore property management company for being so helpful and accommodating!
