Immerse yourself in breathtaking panoramic views spanning from the Gulf to the Intracoastal Waterway, featuring mesmerizing sunsets each night, weather permitting. Just steps away, you'll find the sugar sand beach and emerald waters—a therapeutic experience like no other!



Explore numerous nearby attractions, such as scenic drives or bike rides to Fort Pickens with stunning views of the pristine Gulf Islands National Seashore. Choose from a variety of water adventures, including dolphin cruises, jet ski rentals, or sailboat excursions. Conveniently located across the street are Peg Leg Pete's Restaurant and Tom Thumb Convenience Store for all your needs.



Securely park your vehicle in our designated covered space (#410) within the gated boundaries of the Sans Souci Condominium complex, ensuring protection from the intense Florida sun. Positioned at the west end of the building, our unit offers views of the Gulf of Mexico, Santa Rosa Sound, Pensacola Naval Base, pool, and hot tub.



In one room, there's a king-size bed, while the other includes a queen bed and two twin beds (daybed with trundle). In addition, the living room is equipped with a queen Murphy bed cabinet, and blackout curtains are installed throughout the entire condo. With these options, our unit provides versatile sleeping arrangements for up to eight individuals. The fully-equipped kitchen and separate dining area simplify mealtime, and a community charcoal grill is located on the 1st floor directly below our unit.



Featuring two full bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub and shower combination—our condo ensures comfort. The complex provides two elevators, and a coin laundry on the garage level requires quarters and laundry products. We've meticulously designed our condo to be welcoming and hassle-free, ensuring you have everything for a relaxing stay and return home with cherished memories.

Family found a window where we could get the crew away to one of our favorite places the beach and this quaint condo provided all we needed. Wonderfully decorated, super stocked with all essentials, and a host that constantly communicated from the moment of booking with precision and clarity. Family Memories

This location was great (across from a restaurant and 5 mins from shopping and dining). Loved that the property is gated and multiple parking spots available, including a covered spot. The beach access was extremely convenient and the beach was not over crowded. The condo was very spacious and very equipped in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Loved the view of the pool and beach! The owners were so pleasant to book with and get any questions or concerns answered. We will be back!

Feels like home away from home

This was our second time staying in the Sans Souci Condos and we LOVE the location. We loved that you can see the beach, pool, and street from the balcony with beautiful views in the evening. This condo was extremely clean, organized, well furnished and comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very accessible for a young child as well as a 80+ senior. The attention to detail and items provided made it feel like home for our week there. We will be back and are thankful to the owners who shared it with us.

Wonderful condo!

This condo made for a wonderful stay in Pensacola beach! It was right on the ocean with a beautiful view. It was very well stocked, especially in the kitchen if you like to cook, and very clean. Prime location right across from peg leg Pete’s—our favorite restaurant in town. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place in Pensacola!

Amazing condo for family vacation

This unit was absolutely amazing for our family beach trip. Beautiful layout with plenty of space. Furnishings were gorgeous and comfortable. Sunset view from the balcony was a favorite part of our day. Pool and beach access were perfect. We will absolutely be staying again.

Great Getaway

The warm and comfortable condo provided the perfect location for our anniversary getaway. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony over looking the gulf and bay. With comfortable chairs and a great sea breeze. The condo has everything we needed for perfect beach days or just hanging out; a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and games to enjoy. The owners provided wonderful dining suggestions for our anniversary dinner and provided clear directions on everything from getting there to checking out. We had a great time!

January getaway

This place was perfect for our winter getaway even with the cooler temperatures because of the views and the proximity to the national parks. It was super clean and cozy. We especially liked warm throws comfortable furniture and beds. Plus, it had the most amazing remodeled kitchen with everything we needed. We definitely recommend this condo!

Pensacola Thanksgiving Weekend

Our stay at the unit was very nice. The unit was well appointed. In fact, my sister had stayed in the same unit several years ago and in the mean time it had been refreshed and was much nicer. The kitchen had nice appliances, pots and pans, etc. The hosts were very good communicators and got in touch with us before, during and after the stay to make sure everything went smoothly. The owners had added small touches like k-cups for the coffee maker and souvenir cups. There were plenty of towels and they even included beach towels for our use (though it was pretty cold for any beach activities). I would highly recommend others stay in this unit.

Everything you see in the photos and then some

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental. Everything was clean and immaculate, seems to be recently renovated. The balcony view is perfect giving you both a view of the ocean and the Bayside while overlooking the pool and jacuzzi downstairs. Perfect position for watching the sunset. A quick walk across the street takes you to peg legs restaurant which was excellent and way better than I expected. Communication with the owner was quick and always responsive.

Fall Break Beach Fun

This condo is lovely. And while the balcony is not beach-facing, the view is still quite expansive and spectacular for ocean viewing and sunsets! Spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, wonderful kitchen & living area. Beach set-up (2 chairs & umbrella) available for rent if you don't bring your own ... and beach right out the door! All that one needs is here. Wonderful, wonderful hosts - Marina was available at every turn to assist and answer questions. Thank you, Marina ... we hope to return!!! Danie Johnson

Best location on the beach

We loved our stay, we love the location of the condo. There is a good restaurant and convenient store right across the street, as well as a seasonal trolley stop. The condo was immaculately clean and well equipped kitchen, and beach equipment as well. The balcony view is great you can see the gulf, pool, and the bay. The unit is very quiet and the beds were comfortable. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Had great communication with the owners. In my opinion this is the best spot to stay on Pensacola Beach, covered parking, pool, hot tub, privacy on the west end where the balcony is, an elevator and it always feels safe and secure there. Plenty of room for a family.

Beach vibes

Wow! This place was fantastic! The view was beautiful and it was conveniently located to everything!!! Very quiet and laid back environment. Our beach was not crowded, everyone had plenty of room! The water was as clear as I’ve seen it in years! This condo was fully stocked as well; from spices in the cabinet to beach towels to everything you need for the beach! I highly recommend this place and we will definitely return! Owners were great! They answered every question I had in a timely manner. We had no problems AT ALL! Great experience!

Sans Souci #410

We had a terrific experience with this property and owners! The entire process was simple as a hotel stay - actually easier. Location is nice, restaurant and convenience store across the street, very convenient. Property was secure (not really much of a concern in this area), clean and quiet as we had hoped. The interior was very bright and clean; lots of detail and amenities - even beach items we didn't think about needing. The deck has great views to the west of the ocean, beach and intercostal - we especially liked the shade most of the day! The dedicated parking space is in the garage is nice too- right next to the walkway to the beach and elevator. I really cannot find anything remotely critical or negative to mention here- it was just great!
