Immerse yourself in breathtaking panoramic views spanning from the Gulf of Mexico to the Intracoastal Waterway, with stunning sunset skies each evening. Just steps from the sugar-white sand and emerald waters of Pensacola Beach, this is Beach Therapy at its finest.

Accommodations

Designed for comfort and flexibility, the condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests:

• King suite in primary bedroom

• Queen bed + daybed with trundle in guest room

• Queen Murphy bed cabinet in living area (surprisingly comfortable)

• Blackout curtains throughout for restful sleep

Inside the Residence

The fully renovated kitchen (April 2022) features modern finishes and is fully equipped for effortless dining. A new HVAC system (August 2023) ensures year-round comfort.

The open living space is designed to maximize the breathtaking Gulf and Sound views, creating a relaxing coastal atmosphere throughout.

Great view of the Gulf and the Bay. Owner had many extras like air purifier, fan, first aid kit, extension plugs, etc. The condo is very well cared for. Owner was always available and helpful.

Fantastic place to stay

Great place to stay! Location is fantastic. So nice to step right out on the beach! We have stayed here before and we love all of the improvements that have been made to the condo. The kitchen is especially nice. The hosts are very helpful and the condo has lots of extras not seen at other places.

The condo was clean, nicely decorated, just steps from the beach, and right across the street from Peg Leg Pete's restaurant. We had everything we needed. Perfect for a convenient and relaxing stay.

Everything was PERFECT!!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay.. Marina was the best!! The rooms are nice and clean.. It was the perfect getaway, we will most definitely book with Marina again next year.

The owner went out of her way to provide just about everything you could think of to make our family's stay more comfortable. Newly refurbished kitchen, great view, very convenient location. We will definitely stay again.

Great stay!

We were very pleased with our stay here & appreciated the extra attention the hosts have given to make the stay even better: coffee & spices on hand, extra beach towels just in case, and fully supplied kitchen. Great communication with questions we had as well! Highly recommend.

Inspired by all of the therapies that we have taken our special needs daughter to for more than 20 years, we decided that we needed our own type of therapy- beach therapy!
