Loved this property. It was absolutely perfect. Beach front, gorgeous views from the main room and living room balconies. Quiet neighborhood. The whole experience was even better than I imagined. Pictures could never capture its beauty. We will be back.

A needed vacation for my mom and me.We loved the viewed and the beach along with the sound of the ocean. Our home for a week was exceptionally clean and we liked all the kitchen supplies. Did not realize all the stairs to reach the front door and then the stairs to the beach, which we had a hard time with due to our medical issues.

Thank you for a great stay. It was spacious and clean and well equipped. Thank you for having night lights and good window shades. The board games, boogie boards, and beach chairs were also wonderful.

The Condo was beautiful!! The Views from living room and master bed were outstanding. The only issue was and I did not see it listed when I booked. The STAIRS. Oh my gosh so many stairs. Make sure you have everything to together up or down to avoid those stairs But it is a Beautiful Condo

Great property! Totally worth it.

The condo was well decorated, completely furnished and mostly clean. The view and access to the beach were the real highlights and the reasons to book. You will have access to streaming via YouTube TV when staying indoors. I can see myself booking here again in the future.

This was a beautiful place to stay. We come to Pensacola Beach a few times each year with family. We usually stay in the same condo each year. However, we decided to branch out this year to something a bit less expensive. I was concerned that it might not meet our expectations. But it was absolutely perfect. It is the perfect distance right to the beach. The view is incredible. The cottage is clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay. We will absolutely be back!

Beautiful condo!

This condo is just beautiful and the views from the balconies are too! The only drawback is all the stairs to get into it and then more to go to the bedrooms, and more to get on the beach! We are 3 senior citizen ladies and one of us has health issues that made the stairs extra hard for her. Unfortunately, it was enough of an issue that we would not come to this condo again. Why is there no elevator?

Perfect

Condo is exactly a pictured with easy and close beach access. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels were available. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 small kids. We had plenty of room.

We've been coming to Pensacola for several years. Starboard Village is the best. This unit's location is great. Amazing beach that's never too crowded, good restaurants, perfect for relaxing with your family.

We really enjoyed our stay at sandpiper cottage. The condo was clean, had comfortable beds and nice decor. The beach is great for shelling!

best place on Ft Pickens

our family absolutely love this condo. It was very spacious very accommodating tons of places to put food. Love the full-size washer and dryer. Had enough towels where we weren't washing them every day. Great View with easy access to the beach. Loved the ability to keep our beach stuff downstairs in the garage. If possible, we're gonna try to stay there again next year

Short but delightful

Very nice unit and perfect for our short stay. (We were able to rent this unit for only 2 days. Most condos seem to require minimum of 1 week Saturday to Saturday.) Unfortunately weather was not as nice. Ran the entire time.. Still family time with grandson was most important. Meal at Peg Leg Pete's was great. Would definitely go back.

Super nice condo on the beach

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. Beautiful beach views. Great location. We especially enjoyed the short walk to Peg Leg Pete’s. Condo was perfect, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Would highly recommend.

Best Beach Vacation Ever!

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation at Sandpiper Cottage. It is beautifully decorated with stunning views of Pensacola beach from two balconies. The unit is very clean with an in unit washer and a dryer. It was also very nice having a garage underneath. We enjoyed using the beach chairs and an umbrella located in the garage. The check in and check out process was so easy. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and we would love to come back!

Can't Wait to go back

We very much enjoyed out stay. The pictures do not do justice to the room views. The unit was clean and bigger than expected as well. The unit is parked right on the beach and the master bedroom has a large sliding door to the balcony overlooking the gulf. The temperature was in the 50-60's so we left the AC off and opened the door to the gulf each night. Listening to the waves, feeling the cool breeze and sleeping on a nice mattress in the master bedroom is worth the whole trip. The kids had fun on the each and the restaurants are awesome. We will return to this unit.

Fantastic…perfect location for low key Spring Break with family. Easy access to private beach! Great sand and surf! Enjoyed the chairs and umbrellas provided in the garage. Needs better light in the garage though!
