Brand new modern townhome with stunning rooftop views of Atlanta. The property is in the hottest Atlanta neighborhood, within walking distance to top-rated restaurants, the Atlanta Beltline, downtown and historic attractions. This home is perfect for families, couples trips and business travelers looking for a posh and luxurious place to relax. Ultra fast wifi, brand new appliances, 2 fire places, smart TVs in each bedroom and luxury down comforter bedding. 3 Bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half baths.
The space
Howell House is located in the hottest Atlanta neighborhood, Old 4th Ward, and is the perfect place to get the true feel of Atlanta. From cooking in the large modern kitchen to enjoy the skyline views of Atlanta, this urban gem is the place to unwind and enjoy.
Guest access
MARTA (train station) is 0.5 miles away from the home. Near 3 major highways (75/85/20). Secured garage parking for two cars and free street parking available.

Awesome place! Loved the rooftop and would stay here again next time we are in Atlanta. The house had beautiful finishes, was very walkable, and felt very safe. Highly recommend.

Great Place to Stay in the Heart of Atlanta!

This modern home is beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and well appointed. We very much enjoyed the accommodations, as well as the proximity to the Beltline and easy access to downtown. The rooftop deck is a unique feature that added nice opportunities for relaxing. We would highly recommend this property to others!!

Golf trip

Came to Atlanta to watch the Masters and play a few rounds of golf. The house was in a great location and was beautifully decorated.Loads of choices for bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Great Place - Transit and Car Convenient

Very nice place to stay. The location was close to the MARTA station and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful - nice neighbors. The house was clean (had all the comforts of home), temperature setting cool, very comfortable (thanks for the ceiling fans in every room) and stocked with some goodies (didn’t expect this). Loved the layout (especially the 2-car garage), and the information booklet at the entrance table was informative, detailing the “do’s and dont’s,” things to do in Atlanta and nearby restaurants. Nice touch! I would highly recommend this place - I’ll definitely be back.
