Beautifully decorated 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath half-duplex. Sleeps 6. A large open floor plan which is great for entertaining. We've always wanted our slice of the sand to call our own. We've decorated the home to fit our own needs knowing it will also fit yours. We've included a Ninja blender, Keurig coffee maker (full carafe or single serve), top quality knives, mixer, crockpot, air fryer, gas grill, charcoal grill, and all we can imagine you will need to prepare your favorite coastal meal and drinks.

In the great room is a 65" 4K TV and each bedroom includes a 32" tv. Enjoy YouTubeTV so you don't miss any sporting events. The kids can bring their gaming devices to hook up in their bedroom or they can watch a Netflix movie while Dad is watching sports upstairs.

The beach is a short walk (3 minutes) with recently updated public access.

We welcome your feedback, and if there is something you need that is not inside the home, we will get it for you quickly. We welcome you and want your stay to be the best!

We enjoyed our 5 night stay so much! The location was fantastic, allowing us to come and go to the beach as we pleased. We also thoroughly enjoyed the open concept space and all of the items needed for the kitchen and bathroom areas. We recommend staying here for any family!

Our house was very clean, the decor pretty, and the lay out appealing. We have stayed in quite a few VRBO’s and this place has one of the best equipped kitchens! The same is true of beach items: chairs, wagon, umbrella, beach towels, boogie boards, coolers etc. It was so nice not to have to pack those items. Wendi was very prompt in replying back to us when we had to text her with a question. It is was a very short walk (3-5 minutes) to the beach in a pleasant surrounding. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay! The house was comfortable, convenient, and super close to the beach, with everything we needed to feel right at home. Wendi is such a thoughtful host, and that care is reflected in the home. We truly enjoyed our time here.

The house was very well appointed and had all of the amenities one could need for a beach trip. It was super quiet and a very convenient walk to the beach. The beds were really comfortable, as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again!

Great place to stay

We had such a great stay. Very clean, and very well decorated, the kitchen is well equipped. I didn’t realize how close the beach access was, it is not even an easy 2 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Wendi's house. Great location to the beach. Very easy walk. It was nice to have access to the beach cart and chairs so that we had less to pack. The amenities in the home made it a very comfortable stay. We would stay there again.

Great location

The house was spacious, quiet, clean, and just a quick walk from beach. We really appreciated having access to beach items like chairs, a beach cart, and a Shibumi. This was the perfect location for our beach weekend and we didn’t want to leave!

Great place to stay!

This was our first visit to Emerald Isle. The unit was clean, well stocked with the essentials, and otherwise exactly as described. We loved the quiet and secluded neighborhood and the short, easy walk to the beach.

Welcome to Emerald Isle! Jacob and I are so excited to own our little piece of sand in Emerald Isle. I've grown up spending summers on the island and my mother lives full-time in Atlantic Beach. We love all that the area has to offer with great food, cute shops, and friendly folks. We live full-time in Raleigh and have three grown daughters. We are hoping to make Emerald Isle our full-time residence one day. We are delighted to have you as our guest! Wendi

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The half-duplex has plenty of room to spread out and is perfect for entertaining. The top level is a great room with comfortable seating for large crowds, a large open kitchen with granite countertops, a large dining table, and an outdoor deck with seating. Prepare a low country boil or cook steaks on the gas or charcoal grill because everything you need in a kitchen is provided. The lower level (2nd floor) has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 king, 2 twin), 2 full bathrooms, and a covered deck area. I personally enjoy my morning coffee from here while listening to the birds. The lower level (ground level) has an outdoor shower, seating area, a large storage room, and covered parking for 3 vehicles.
