Bring your flip-flops, cold beverages, and a bathing suit to this wonderful beach escape.

The home is on the second row on Bermuda Beach only steps from the ocean. We are pet friendly. Your fur babies will love the proximity to the beach. Enjoy views of horseback riders on the beach, relaxing sounds of the ocean from the upper deck, or a cool beverage on the lower covered patio. This cozy home will give you that much-needed escape to relaxation and fun.

The well-equipped, updated kitchen will accommodate you and your guests. There are two bedrooms and a pull-out sofa so the house can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. The bathroom was recently updated as well. The finishings give it a spa-like, tranquil feel. The house has wifi and Roku for entertainment.

The Property is located only minutes from all the excitement that Galveston has to offer but offers you the peace and serenity of beach living.

Cancellation policy: No cancellations for weather unless there is a hurricane/ tropical storm warnings. 30 days or more notice you receive a 100% refund. Cancellations between 15 and 29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. No refunds within 14 days of arrival.

This adorable beach house was perfect for us. It is close enough to the beach that we didn’t have to set up on the beach for the day. The breeze on the patio all day long was lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It had plenty of room for our family of 4 and my parents. I’m glad we got to bring our dog along as well. We will definitely be returning sometime.

The house was clean and fresh when we arrived. Parking was easy. Beach access was very convenient by driving or walking. The neighborhood was quiet. Everything we needed was provided by the host. The beach view was nice. This host allowed pets which most properties do not. Everything was as advertised. Kathy was easy to communicate with. We would stay there again given the opportunity!

Less than expected

We clearly reserved a 3 bedroom, 3 bed House on the beach. We got a two bedroom, 2 bed. So we had to set up camp for one in the living room where they slept on the couch. Can you say false advertising!

Our favorite place to stay when visiting Galveston

This is our favorite beach house to stay in when visiting Galveston. It comfortably accommodates the two of us and our dog. We like the covered deck and the deck furniture and that despite all the other houses around it feels cozy and secluded. We prepare a lot of our own meals while on vacation and this house is well stocked with kitchen utensils to help make that easy. NOTE: The access road to the neighborhood is between the beach and the dunes and is susceptible to flooding even with tropical storms. We were unable to leave the neighborhood for most of a day when Tropical Storm Arthur (2026) rolled through. Just be aware of this and plan accordingly should tropical storms be on the forecast.

Great location, no power upon arrival. Do not touch first floor switches as there was some kind of power surge or shock when we did so which is not comforting when you're staying somewhere with kids.

I appreciate your feedback but the issue has been completely resolved since then. There was something with the power company that served the power off and once back on it caused an issue that is now taken care of. There is no issue for any future guests.

This quaint bungalow is located in the great neighborhood of Bermuda Beach. It is close to town but offers the peace of the beach. Enjoy the tranquility with easy access to the sites. Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens are only a few miles away. The Strand and Pleasure Pier are a short drive away.
