Located close to Rupp Arena, Transylvania University, UK, Keeneland, Bourbon trails, Ky horse park, interstate, restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment. Home has vaulted ceiling’s and Large bedrooms. Two futons, Fully equipped kitchen. Master suite with sitting area, jacuzzi tub. Beautiful deck area. Pool table and a Walking/Bike trail just steps away from front door which leads to playground. A must see!! Property has steep driveway
30 day minimum stay. Tenant required to sign lease. Housekeeping required every two weeks. Tenant is responsible to pay $200 housekeeping fee.

Great place for long stay

We stayed for a few months for work in this home. The owner Nola was terrific, super easy to communicate lo with , quick to respond etc. , helpful with all requests. The home was just as advertised and super clean. Would definitely stay there again.

We are working on a big project in Lexington and this place was in ideal placement. Close to shopping and the job site. The house was very nice and clean. If you’re in a car the driveway might be a little steep. As far as my wine rating we didn’t do anything that pertains to wine but I didn’t want to leave a negative review on something we didn’t do. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Family weekend

What a great home! The location was perfect with anything you need within walking distance. The neighborhood was very safe. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms large and comfortable, and the pool table was great entertainment. Nola was also a great hostess even providing recommendations for activities.

Amazing trip

We had a great time. The house was as shown in the pictures. It was centrally located. The little extra touches like bottle water and snacks were thoughtful. Had a blast on the trampoline and really enjoyed the back deck. Will definitely stay here again.

Great comfortable home, very close to restaurants and an easy drive to the horse park. About 17 minutes.

Clean, spacious and convenient

We had a girls weekend for my family and stayed at Nola’s beautiful home. The house was very spacious and provided great comfort for all of us. It was very clean! We liked that it was easily as assessable and conveniently close to major stores and restaurants. Just a quick drive to downtown Lexington!

Great home!!

This house is perfect for large groups! There is plenty of space for sleeping but more importantly for spending time with each other. The backyard is also awesome with a grill and area to hang out. The property was very easy to find and there are a lot of things around the house for food, adult beverages, grocery, basically anything you want! Also the house was close to downtown and various places we wanted to go. I highly recommend!

Keeneland keeper!

We spent a lovely long weekend attending the keeneland spring races and visiting all the distilleries we could in 2 days. Nola’s home was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. Can’t say enough about the location!! Perfectly situated in the middle of all we wanted to do! Fabulous experience. We will be back!!

Great time for all!

Everything was wonderful at property, host was magnificent. Would do it again! The only disappointment was that there was not space for us to have meals together. There were 3 seats at kitchen table, three chairs at pool room table, and 2 stools at bar. If weather had been better, we probably would have eaten outside. That’s the only thing I would have changed. We are use to all sitting together for our meals. It probably wouldn’t bother most people.. everything else was perfect!

Thanks for the great review!! I apologize for the 4th chair that was missing during your stay. It was damaged from a previous guest and had to be removed. I didn’t want to cancel your booking because of a missing chair. The kitchen table set has been replaced as of 8/26/21 with 4 new chairs and two extra side chairs. I’m so happy you enjoyed your first Vrbo stay!!

Beautiful Home!

This property is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood The home is beautiful. The driveway is a very steep hill and the garage was not accessible to us. It was a little challenging but we made it work. We had some minor issues but the property owner responded immediately and the issues were resolved. Nola was great to work with. I would stay again.

Property was great

The rental was great. We had 6 individuals and having so many separate beds was great. Spent a lot of time just hanging around on the deck, which was very comfortable. Had a couple minor issues but Nola was great in communicating and quickly addressing the things that she could. Overall the stay was great and I would recommend the property to anyone staying in the area.

Beautiful home not far from downtown

A few girls and I decided to get together to celebrate our friend who is a bride to be. It was around 12 girls and this home allowed plenty of space to accommodate us. I want to say the house is absolutely beautiful. It is also in a very nice neighborhood, close to eateries, a grocery store and my favorite...Target! Checking in was a breeze, it worked out due to everyone traveling from different places. The home also has kitchen utensils and appliances that you could possibly need, we cooked in the home one evening. The king bedroom is amazing, very spacious. There is a bathroom downstairs and two bathrooms upstairs which provided us space to get ready in an adamant amount of time. Nola was a great host and was accessible, however, we did not run into any issues, therefore, we didn't have to contact Nola. Everyone was raving about the home! I'm certain this will be the home we select should we return back to Lexington.

Kentucky Adventure

Very smooth process. The manager made it easy and was very responsive to all of our questions prior to and during our stay. The home was clean and comfortable. All of the essentials were provided. The pool table was a plus! Could have used some cue chalk. Didn’t spend much time watching TV but TV access instructions would be helpful. The very steep driveway and no main floor bedroom would not be good for people with mobility limitations. Would definitely recommend this property and area to others. Great location.

Perfect Girl's Weekend Destination

Our girl's weekend was so enjoyable! The weather left no desire to spend time outside but the cleanliness and inviting space of this home, provided us a great staycation away from home. Nola was super responsive to our request to have the driveway and sidewalks shoveled after the snow and ice storm. My friends and I have already discussed our return stay.

Perfect for our family and friends.

Process of renting was extremely easy. Nola was attentive and accommodating. The house was perfect for our party of 7. The pool table was a hit with everyone. Would definitely stay again.
