This is the place you want to bring your family and friends to unwind. Imagine being surrounded by spectacular views of the ocean, city, and mountains from the living areas, kitchen, and several bedrooms and wrap around patios of the condo. Very few places can boast having both sunrises and sunsets with panoramic views of the city and the bay. You can enjoy all the luxuries of a contemporary condo in the center of the city within walking distance to restaurants, shopping malls, grocery stores, and banks all in a gated community with security and concierge services. Prime Beachfront, 4 Bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury condominium. Modern, 3300 square feet, 12th-floor oceanfront condominium with spectacular views. This unit is in the highly sought-after Peninsula Tower III, which is the closest tower to the ocean and faces one of the finest and widest beaches in all of Puerto Vallarta. It is centrally located with access to fabulous restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. 24 hr security, and covered parking. Experience vacation at its best. Ideal for 8 people. Strict 10-person limit. Tap water in Peninsula towers is potable but we also supply two, 5 gallon jugs of filtered water complementary. If you need more, the building staff can bring more for $40 pesos a jug (2 USD). The price includes an electricity credit of $10/day. That is more than enough for regular use. If you exceed that use, you need to pay cash to my manager at check out.

Excellent Family Getaway

Great place to relax and explore PVR

Condo and building is very nice. Pool area has plenty of seating and access to the beach. The location is also fantastic. Very short cab/Uber ride to most places you would want to go in PVR. Overall great place to stay.

Beautiful condo

The Peninsula is a beautiful condo building. Very clean, quiet, beautifully decorated. Our stay was just amazing. I got three massages in our room listening to the ocean waves. Lots of towels, cookware in good condition, easy to get water replaced. Will definitely stay here again !

Perfect Family Vacation

This unit is perfect for families to be able to enjoy their own space and still congregate on the large patio or living area for drinks, meals and games. Well kept with all amenities needed for a great vacation. The Peninsula staff is also exceptional and our host Patricia was also willing to meet any needs. Highly recommend this property and especially this gorgeous condo. We all hope to be able to book this one again!

Can’t say enough great things about this condo, it’s gorgeous, including the unbelievable view. The only thing I could say is that it needs an outside BBQ.

Paradise Found

We couldn't have asked for a better experience, spacious-check, comfortable-check, beautiful view of the ocean-check, and we saw whales, from our balcony!!! Fantastic pool! for a group of swimmers. All staff were attentive to our needs. Pack your bags and go to Paradise. I LOVE VRBO!!

Wonderful vacation with amazing views!

We absolutely loved the condo. The corner room with massive windows gave you ocean views from every angle! Resort and condo were clean. Nice pool areas and beach access. Very spacious living area made it nice for our family to hang out. We would definitely come back. The only thing we were a little disappointed in is they charge extra if you use more electricity then included. The amount included wasn't a ton, so we were only able to run our AC at night. Luckily it wasn't too hot though and if you left the doors open during the day a nice breeze went through the place.

April 2023 Family Vacation

The condo is exactly as the pictures show. It was spacious and fit our needs perfectly. We stayed with our 3 adult children and their partners making our group a total of 8. Fantastic beachfront location with easy access to the bus. Costco is just a short Uber ride away making it convenient to stock the kitchen. We had the pleasure of meeting Patricia the property manager a couple of times. She was professional and helped us with any questions or concerns we had. It was a wonderful week in PV and we’d stay at The Pennisula again!

PV View and Space

The property is beautiful and was perfect for our group of six adults. The view was the best and we spent most of our condo time in the great room and on the balcony; great breeze with the doors open! Management was responsive when we had a shower drainage issue. We had to pay a bit more for usage of A/C above the quota, but was well worth it. Due to our low season dates in June, we had no problem with lounge chairs or service and really enjoyed the enormous pool. Very close to activities and easy to get around. Thanks for a wonderful vacation spot, we could definitely come back!

Beautiful view

The view at this property is outstanding..nothing but ocean. I appreciated the attention to electricity..using only what you need. The condo was well stocked and comfortable. We would have appreciated if it was cleaner initially…there was mold on the floor of the showers and to be honest the sheets were old and tired ( my eldest son’s room had stains on his comforter. We did find some new sheets, washed them and replaced the bedding…for the price I am sure this could be done ahead of time. The tower rules are challenging…owners make their own rules and renters have difficulty getting chairs by the pool. Asking for your room number every time you enter gets tiring…you are already wearing a bracelet which should be enough to identify you. The area has wonderful restaurants and lots of excursions which are lovely. Also let people know up front when they book about extra electricity and water charges….i am sure people are happy to pay but do not like surprises. Also beach club next door with loud music Friday. Saturdays and Sundays…be prepared.

Pick another unit.

Rude host. She tries to charge you for power when nowhere in the listing does it say you have to pay extra for power. We were there during the hurricane, had to use all the laundry to make dams to prevent water damage and she didn't come to pick up laundry to dry out like she said she would, my wife had to do 10+ loads of laundry or leave it sitting around. They didn't pay thier power bill so power was turned off at 9 am on day of departure when check out isn't till 11. Unit is very dirty, hand marks all over the walls, ice maker leaking onto the floor, dirt in corners, definetly not upkept well. Owner needs to get a new property manager, Patricia is very rude and non responsive and doesn't communicate. We vacation all over the world very frequently and own several vacation units ourselves, would not reccomment because there is several other units in the same complex way nicer with a welcoming host.

Spectacular Condo in PV

The unit itself I would rate as a 5+. It is on the 12th floor on the NW side of Tower 3 and has spectacular 270 degree views with balconies on all sides. The pool is almost 2 football fields long, and the beach is great. The central location in the hotel zone allowed us to not need a car, which was helpful since we were traveling with an infant and a toddler and were able to walk to restaurants, shops and the marina district. Two of the bedrooms have sliding glass doors to the balconies, and the third bedroom has glass but no doors. It should be noted that the fourth bedroom is interior and has no windows (which in the US would not qualify as a bedroom), but it was fine for our toddler. The unit was fully stocked except for napkins and paper towels. We had two complaints. The first is the extra charge for electricity, which was explained at check-in but is NOT in the listing. There is a quota for usage, probably to encourage visitors to minimize the use of AC and conserve energy, which is great but, again, should be made clear before booking. We were charged $75 for 5 nights, not a big deal, but it comes off as nickel and diming. The other complaint was communication with the property manager. My first email to her went to spam (really?), and it didn't get much better after that. I had to communicate with the owner directly more than once to get things clarified. There is definitely room for improvement. But all in all a great property!
