Plum Cottage is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground level home that is walking distance to pristine Gulf beaches. This Triplex has lush tropical landscaping and a private heated pool surrounded by a privacy fence. Relax in the chaise loungers before you fire up the BBQ grill for your favorite grill specials. There is plenty of brick paver deck space to soak up the Florida sunshine! It's open floor concept is great for families to relax and hangout all together. In the heart of Holmes Beach, you have easy acess to many local restaurants and shopping, take the free trolley or rent a golf cart! You will love this cozy home!

**NOTE: This is the middle unit of a Triplex with its own private heated pool! **

The house and pool were great! Did not care for the various pool & landscape people showing up unannounced, and having to come through the house to service the backyard area.

Ok Property

We found the location good for our needs. The private pool was amazing. What we didn’t like was the pool boy knocking on our door the first morning of our vacation nor the dead cockroach we found the next morning. We found details of the property lacking. Screw holes in the wall. Loose toilet paper holders. We found hair in the shower and dust bunnies in the corner. For the price of the property we would have thought the attention to detail and the cleanliness would have been better.

Comfy Coastal

The property was very spacious for being part of a triplex. The kitchen/family room was very comfortable and lots of room for family. We enjoyed the small pool and patio in the back. Very private. We came back each day from beach and swam! The bedrooms were also nice size!
