Perfect Spring Break!

We were looking for a place to enjoy the Florida sunshine without a lot of people and this was the perfect place for us. It was off the beaten path so not a lot of tourists. The apartment was perfect for the two of us!

Very nice location

This was a very nice apartment, well located near highways and stores. Not very far from the beach. However, does not sleep 4 comfortably.

Cancellation in short notice

Reservation was canceled 3-4hrs before check in and we were already in Jacksonville which is 4hrs away from our home. It was an inconvenience bc everything was booked. Therefore we ended up driving 1 1/2 more hours to Gainesville to an available hotel.

Laquisha, we're so empathetic that we had to cancel your stay. Unfortunately, we canceled because there was a huge leak in the unit and it was unhabitable. I didn't want your stay to be ruined due to the unexpected situation and reached out to you well before a few hours prior to check-in. We canceled the reservation and you were refunded the full amount early that morning and communicated to early that morning through VRBO about the leak. It wasn't until you made it to Jacksonville that you reached out to call. Unfortunately, I could not control the circumstances. I'm sorry once again, in the future, I will discount your stay at 50%, if you decide to book again. We're truly sorry. Thanks for reaching out.

Disappointed

The pool was closed for 2 days during our stay. The pool and complex wasn’t as clean as it should be, it was much nicer last year. Will not stay at this property again.

Double booked

This host double booked our room. She didn’t reach out to let me know I had to find out from the people who were there. Also didn’t my full refund, we had traveled all day to find out this terrible news.

Falsely advertising for 4 instead of three

The place is nice (even if the check in/check out) can be improved.. but There is no bedding for 4 as advertised (and asked three times about to “owner” previous to arrival). This is a one besroom with a twin rollaway bed. Nothing else. We should not have been forced to buy an inflatable mattress when on site.. Secondly, it looks like we have sublet for a week a rented appartment in a renting plave which made our stay very inconfortable about using amenities… in the last three states we leaved in, subletting your appartment is not allowed and so we werent sure if we could there or not…

Place was very nice

This property is listed as a sleeps 4 however it only sleeps 3. There is a queen bed and a single cot in the walk in closet. We were fine and fully accommodated because it was only my husband and I but if we were to ever come here again we would not be able to bring our kids. Other than that The place was decorated beautifully and the condo pool is so nice.

Awesome Relaxing week

Very nice, clean and well maintained property. Though we had to sweep up few dead cockroaches when we arrived, we never encountered afterwards during our stay any other bugs. The pool was amazing and very beautiful. I stayed a week with my 9 year old son and between outings, we really enjoyed having access to the amenities, in particular the game room and the pool. We will definitely want to come back here if we travel again to Jax. Thanks Monica also for quickly replying to any inquiries.

Nice quick get away

Pool was awesome. Game room right across the hall. Movie room floor above. Really enjoyed ourselves. One thing no spices. So if plan on cooking you need spices and aluminum foil. But the pictures are dead one. Easy access to everything, even the beach was about 20 mins away. Would stay here again for sure!!!

Beautiful property

The apartment is large, stylish, quiet and has all of the amenities you need. I enjoyed the pool and gym. The trash concierge service was the only hiccup for me as I had evening plans on my trip and couldn’t be there from 5-7.

Peaceful getaway

From the check in to check out, this trip was perfect for a get away weekend with my daughter and granddaughter. The property is beautiful. The amenities are amazing. The neighborhood is nice and feels safe. Close to shops and restaurants. Perfect place to stay. I’ll return.

Vacation

It was all so beautiful! My sister and I wanted to go on a vacation to relax, sleep, and do nothing. This place was exactly for that! The room is beautiful! The pool was a nice way to spend the sunny days! The beach was only 15 minutes away! The theater in the complex was so cool! We would totally come again! Loved every minute!

Nice easy stay

Only good things to say

The property was as shown and advertised. It was easy to get to Jacksonville or St Augustine. The community is excellent, safe, accessible, and neighbors are very friendly. There’s plenty of past times on the grounds of the property to keep you busy including outdoor grills, workout room, game rooms, etc. And the host was so available I might have taken advantage of her willingness to pointers and insights 😬. Highly recommended.
