New 8/2023 forced air conditioning installed. Kitchen, Master Bath, and Living Room remodeled May 2023 with premium exclusive materials. Glass Subzero Refrigerator, 36' Wolf Range, Bosch Dishwasher, Wine Cooler, garbage disposal, and marble fireplace. Oceanfront sandy Malibu Road beach property with easy access to your own private beach. Located off-highway on exclusive quiet Malibu Road, this 2 bedroom/2 bath offers incredible views, private parking, and peaceful bliss. We do allow dogs with prior approval. Dog Rent is $50 per night per dog if accepted.

**Rate has been discounted for possible construction noise during the weekdays during oct/nov/dec. They work on some weekdays 8am to 3pm and not on weekends or holidays. Noise is very hard to hear if on the beach. *** SPECIAL price only for oct/nov/dec and possibly more. If you are out during the day or at the beach this is a perfect deal. They are union and usually leave early and no weekends.

Incredible location with Incredible view

From the moment we arrived at this incredibly clean, well appointed home, we were happy and most importantly impressed with its view. The home sits on the water and the deck is an incredible place to sit and be mesmerized by the beauty of the ocean and its inhabitants. Although there was construction in neighboring homes, we never heard a thing but the ocean's waves crashing onto the shore. There is a full grocery store within 2 miles away and easy access to the PCH. We will definitely return next year.

Great stay!

The condo was great! As expected - amazing views, great location, and we had everything we needed. Our host was great and responded to any questions we had, which were few. We saw dolphin off shore a few times and some great sunsets too. Would definitely enjoy returning for another stay!
