If you're looking for a house with privacy and the best 360 degree panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and Santa Monica mountains you've found it. This is a beautiful estate in Western Malibu overlooking the two best beaches in the city: El Matador and Broad Beach. Featuring the longest grassy backyard in Malibu that is 440 feet long, enjoy a private stay at our family owned residence with an unbeatable view from sunrise to sunset!

No parties/gatherings allowed during your stay. No commercial filming. No exceptions. Maximum occupancy is 8 total guests. If guest count exceeds maximum occupancy, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund.

You have to see this property in person to believe these gorgeous views, and insanely large private open space in the back yard.

Fantastic Stay

My stay as was amazing! I loved it here so much. Very clean, private, huge open space and the best views I’ve seen anywhere! Would definitely stay again. The host was also very accommodating. It’s a family owned property and you can tell the house is very loved and well taken care of!

Amazing Property and Awesome Hosts

Amazing property, wonderful vacation

This is truly a stunning space with incredible views all around. It is such a peaceful retreat overlooking the ocean and surrounded by nature. Great privacy. The house is wonderful and we had great interactions with the owners. Unforgettable amazing property!

Dreamland!

Perfect for our family get together. The kitchen worked perfect for hosting our celebration brunch! Loved the property, grass areas, patio seating and view of the ocean. Uniquely beautiful property

We took the family to Malibu for a little summer vacation and stayed in this lovely home. The location is so amazing, set on a hilltop with gorgeous views. I appreciated the fact that the breathtaking yard is being kept up so well. The steep driveway winds you up to this amazing spot. We were in awe, and even had a beautiful deer visit outside the living room window one afternoon and just stare at us! You’ll love the chef’s kitchen as well with top notch appliances. We hope to visit again soon.

Every direction you look, there’s something peaceful and stunning waiting for you.We chose this home for our annual family retreat, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The seclusion, the calm, the space to just be together all added up to something really special.And I have to say, the host made all the difference. Kind, attentive, quick to respond to anything we needed. Their care pushed our stay from “wonderful” to truly unforgettable. Winter break vacation

We stayed 3 nights including New Year’s eve and had a wonderful time. The house was clean and spacious. Kitchen well equipped. The property outside was huge and had awesome views. Kevin was a great host. Highly recommended. The photos in the listing are 100% accurate.

Best View!

The view from this lovely home is spectacular. The sunrises and sunsets made you feel at complete peace. The plants, flowers, and huge grass area were a welcome respite from the craziness of everyday life. The owner was very accommodating and answered every question immediately via text or the VRBO App. We hit Malibu on a perfect weather weekend. Thank you for this nice weekend in your home.
