7 minutes to Equestrian Festival! Located on Traverse City`s beautiful East Bay this condo is right on the water! Enjoy beautiful views of the bay from the living room, bedroom and private front patio. Minutes from downtown Traverse City, wineries, and so much more. Visit some of our award winning wineries or sit down and enjoy some fine crafted micro brews. Enjoy relaxing in the sun on 600ft of private sandy beach frontage or rent a kayak, jet skis, or paddle board.

Relax on your private patio with beautiful views of East Bay and Mitchell Creek!! This condo is super private and considered the best unit at The Shores. Nestled between a nature preserve, Mitchell Creek and East bay it couldn’t get more beautiful. Located just minutes from downtown Traverse City. The condo is set up with everything you need to stay in or a listing of all my favorite restaurants and activities if you decide to go out. There is live entertainment on the beach in July and a fire pit for s’mores:) Wineries, award winning golf courses and fine dining are all just minutes away. Follow the bay a short drive right into downtown Traverse City or head further east up the coast to beautiful Elk Rapids.

Guests do not haver access to the Resort pool or resort chairs.

You will have access to 600ft of private sandy beach frontage shared with other resort guests. If you walk along the beach you will find access to public beach and a park with grills. Directly to the right of the condo is a nature preserve where you will see a great deal of wildlife. To the left of the condo is Mitchell Creek, the dear cross right in front of the condo to go to the river for fresh water.

Traverse City offers Uber, Lyft, taxis, car rentals and there is also a shuttle bus that will take you to the casino or main Resort. Please let me know if you need any information in regards to transportation.

Best bang for the buck

We had all the space we needed as we were out and about most of the time. Beautiful view and very quiet. Not sure if that was because we stayed during a winter month or not. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location!

Property was right on the water with a beautiful view. Clean and very quiet. It had everything we needed for a nice, relaxing vacation. The property manager was very responsive and helpful answering our questions. Check-in and out couldn’t have been easier. We’ll be staying here again!

Worth the booking

Very wonderful stay. The unit was quiet, private, well kept and very well decorated. Everything needed was in the unit. The view was amazing despite the weather. Will definitely recommend and will rebook in the future. The host was very nice and helpful.

Quick Trip for Fall Colors

This location was perfect for our quick trip up to Traverse City to check out the fall colors. Check in was very easy and the owner communicated very well. It was clean and well kept. Compared to some places we have stayed, this place was very well equipped. Even had extra toiletries in case you forgot. Also check out was very easy. It seems VRBO owners are charging higher and higher cleaning fees but expecting more work from the guest. That was NOT the case here. The cleaning fee was reasonable and we basically locked up and left. We would rent this place again without hesitation. It would be great in the summer with a beach and a pool on the property. It is on our list. Book it you won’t regret it!!

Relaxing beachfront getaway

Quaint peaceful condo with lovely waterfront view and easy access to beach. Annual girls getaway and we enjoyed every minute. Very comfortable and cutely decorated space. We loved sitting on the deck in the evening and enjoying the view over coffee in the morning. We spent our entire Saturday at the beach.

Nice and relaxing.

Very nice beautiful view, beach right off the deck. Felt like we had our own private beach. Aprille was wonderful she set room up with roses, champagne , and cheese. The cheese was soooooo good!! Oh and the chocolate covered cherry 🍒 😋. My wife really loved it. Thank you so much for everything. We look forward to coming back.

Fantastic place!

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a weekend to unwind. The condo was clean, well stocked, and super cute! Every detail is thought of - coffee, tea, sugar/honey/creamer, makeup remover towelettes, etc! We loved the cute touch with the instax camera too :) The location was great and we even swam in the rain on a 70 degree day, the weather wasn't going to stop us! Love this place and would recommend!
