Just a couple, feeling super lucky to live in Saratoga Springs where there is ALWAYS something fun to do year-round!

This charmer is ideally located between the Saratoga Thoroughbred Racetrack and downtown Saratoga's main street. At 2,000 square feet home has 3 bedrooms upstairs w/ 2 full baths and 1 open bedroom downstairs w/ curtain closure. Screened patio with sitting for 8, large TV, and hot tub. Walk 0.4 mile to racetrack or town, 1 mile to the Spa Park for golf, tennis, pool. Entertainment, amazing food, and recreation is endless any time of the year. Just 4 miles to Saratoga Lake and 20 minutes to Lake George or West Mt. Ski Area. The house is located on the East Side and is primarily a residential neighborhood located just a few blocks from Saratoga Racecourse to the east, and a few blocks through Historic Congress Park to downtown to the northwest. Just one block away, The Little Market provides the neighborhood with grocery items and full-service deli service. A large grocery store, liquor, etc. are all within walking distance. During the 19th and early 20th centuries, this east side area was where the city's well-to-do residents built their homes, when the city was one of the country's top resorts, frequented by many of the wealthiest families of the era.
