Important Details & House Rules:

・Booking Requirements: Within 24 hours of booking, you need to sign our Rental Agreement, provide a government-issued ID, and place a $300 refundable security deposit hold.
・Check-in/out: Self-check-in begins at 4 PM; check-out is by 10 AM. To ensure a perfect turnover for every guest, we cannot accommodate early arrivals, late departures, or luggage dropoff.
・Property Monitoring: Exterior video cameras may be present (absolutely NO indoor views). Indoor noise level monitors are installed to measure decibel levels only (no audio recording).
・Peace of Mind: We include $500 of accidental damage coverage (must be reported during stay) for your protection.
・Prohibited: No smoking/vaping of any kind, no pets, and no parties/events. We maintain a strict "No Glitter/No Dye" policy.
・TVs are Roku streaming. While there is much free content, bring your streaming and/or cable logins to access premium content.
・Note that there is no fishing or swimming permitted in the lake

What We Provide: a starter set of consumables to get your vacation started, including high-quality linens, bath and beach towels, a starter supply of paper products, trash bags, and soaps (laundry, dish, and body, shampoo, conditioner, lotion).

Digital Guidebook: Once your agreement is signed, you'll receive a link to our personalized digital guidebook. It contains everything your group needs: door codes, Wi-Fi details, and our favorite local restaurant and attraction recommendations.

HOA may, at its discretion, turn-off pool heating due to extreme weather or occupancy.
