Waterfront Villa-Pool-2 King Bed-Steps to the Sand

Amazing crystal beach villa, it is the top level of a two-story unit that has lakeside and Gulf-side views from balconies spanning the front and back of the home. While relaxing in the living room and kitchen, enjoy the view of the lake or catch beautiful gulf views from the front balcony. Beautiful Pool and only a few steps across the street to beach access. With a king bed in the master, a king bed in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo sleeps a total of 6 guests.
The space
This is the upstairs unit of a townhouse with 2 bedrooms, both have king beds and 2 bathrooms. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 6 guests. One of the most beautiful beaches in Destin is just a few steps across the street. The community pool is heated from Feb to April and has plenty of room for lounging in the sun. The back deck is on the lake which makes for a beautiful place to relax and have your morning coffee or dinner. This townhouse has a fully stocked kitchen and provides beach chairs, towels, and toys. Shopping and great dining options are all very close by, we really are in the perfect location!!

Guest access
You will be given a unique door code the day before check via the app and through text message. The entrance door is on the right side of the property and is labeled 16A.
Other things to note
Check-in and out instructions are in the kitchen area of the property. There is an underground tunnel out front that takes you to the sandy beaches with out crossing the street.

This has been one of our most favorite places we’ve stayed at in all of our years coming down! Condo was already equipped with many simple everyday items one may not always think about! Trashbags, soaps, seasonings, etc. Our favorite was the Keurig machine with the full customization station of cream & sugar. We hope to return to 16A next year!

The property was as described in the listing and easy to find. Plenty of parking . You’re allowed 2 vehicles parking passes with your stay. Everything was clean and organized. Complimentary Keurig coffee. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment. Bathrooms had complimentary bath items and plenty of clean towels. There are two units per building. We stayed in the top unit. There were guest staying in the bottom unit. We could hear them talking at times when near the stairs or in the main room. It wasn’t loud or obnoxious, but could definitely make out what the were saying. The bedrooms were quiet. Both bedrooms had comfortable king beds that didn’t feel worn out. There’s access to a front patio that’s connected by the two rooms from the outside. There’s chairs for you to relax and enjoy the front view. The back patio was large had chairs to enjoy the is amazing view of the big pond that’s full of turtles and fish swimming around that you can feed. Did not use the swimming pool, but it looked clean and orderly. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk with a private tunnel under the street. Besides the noise from the downstairs neighbors which wasn’t constant , we enjoyed the stay and would definitely consider renting again .

Location and beach access was wonderful! Nice size for four adults and a very comfortable stay. I asked a few questions and the host responded very quickly!

Beautiful

Great place to stay, short walk to the beach and a great deck to relax on at the end of the day. Communication with the hosts was instant, and also provided great recommendations for local restaurants for all meal and tastes.

Beautiful house and location

Wonderful location overlooking the lake! The interior was well decorated and stocked with plenty of the essentials (toilet paper, dish soap/paper towels). Super close to the beach and good restaurants. Beds were also very comfy! Would definitely love to stay at this location again

Wonderful home away from home

Condo was beautiful! We had everything we needed. Loved feeding the turtles from the deck. And loved the night view was so relaxing. Very quiet. We slept so soundly. The tunnel access made it very easy and safe to get to the beach. The pool was very nice even though we didn’t use it but for a few minutes.

Excellent!!

Our first trip to Destin and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay!! A very conveniently located, super comfortable and clean, well appointed condo!! The best part to me was the large back deck overlooking the 4 Prong Lake with the fire pit. All requests were quickly taken care of by Awnna. We would definitely recommend this property to any of our friends and family for their vacation get-a-way!!! Thank you , so much, Awnna!!

Our Favorite Condo in Destin !

We absolutely love this condo and stay here every year. Location is perfect. Right in front of the beach and near Crab Trap so you always have a quick walking distance option if you dont want to cook/drive. The kids love the pond in the back and feeding the turtles each morning. The ice cream truck stops by the pool every afternoon which is always a highlight. Communication with Awnna was very quick :)

Destin for fun!

Adorable condo in a great location. Very clean and well supplied for a vacation. The deck in the back of the condo overlooks a gorgeous lake with turtles. Would definitely recommend this condo!!

Beautiful home, perfect location

Inside of the home just as listed. Comfortable. Clean. Great mornings and evenings on the back deck on the lake side watching all of the turtles. Perfect location - tunnel under the street made it easy to cross to the beach. The sand was stunning and there is no lie in it being the Emerald Coast. Very fast communication with the owner. Already planning our trip back next year for more days.

Great location!

This was perfect for us! It was me, my husband, our teenagers and my parents. We were all able to enjoy each other's company while in the condo and then go our separate ways to the pool, beach, walks, runs, etc. We loved the location and amenities!

Great Experience

The place was very clean and family friendly. The picture of the actual villa is a little misleading bc the property looks nothing like that. But the inside photos are correct. Very nice inside and outdoor balcony. Right across from the beach. Very worth the money and will stay here again.

Fun by Destin Beach

We rented this place to visit with our three grandkids and family. It was a great selection. It is just a short walk to a beautiful white sandy beach. The kids used the pool also. Awnna was very responsive to our questions. The beds were very good and the kitchen had plenty of dishes for us. One of the surprises were the koi and the turtles in the pond out back.. We had fun watching them. The neighborhood seemed quite safe and it was quiet. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Destiny Beach Villa

We stayed for a week at this upper level, super clean villa with lake and ocean views. Enjoyed coffee on the front porch looking at the ocean in the morning and the gas fire pit over looking the lake in the evening. The villa was well stocked with utensils, good quality cooking supplies, towels and linen. We appreciated the washer and dryer and Kuerig coffee maker.. Short walk (5 min) thru the tunnel to the beach. Pool not heated in January, but it looked very clean. Close to restaurants, shopping and a gorgeous ocean. The owner/manager responded to questions within an hour. You should stay here!
