This well stocked, wonderful 4 bedroom, 3 full bath property awaits you and your family. Bikes, beach chairs, beach badges, outdoor shower, and grill are just some of the amenities of this beautifully-decorated home. Enjoy sitting on the deck in the early morning or sipping a happy hour cocktail during the evening while listening to the waves and smelling the salt air of the Atlantic Ocean on your own deck. All of this and just a short walk to downtown nightlife and restaurants.
Families and mature adult groups are welcome. Pet friendly for small dogs for an additional fee. Walk into the first floor where you will find two bedrooms each with a pair of twin beds, 32" TVs, and one shared full bath. Also on this floor, you will find an updated front loading washer and dryer in the convenient hallway laundry area.
The second floor is where you will find one bedroom with a queen-size bed, 32" TV, and its own private deck to view the sunset. A full bath is also on this floor.
The main living area contains a kitchen that is equipped with updated Stainless Steel appliances and a table that comfortably seats 10. The family room consist of plenty of comfortable seating with three full-size sofas (one being a queen-size pullout sleeper), a 50" TV with upgraded Comcast, Amazon Prime and Netflix, as well as a DVR for your entertainment. This open, bright, and airy living space also has games and puzzles for family bonding time. From there, venture out to a private deck with a view of the ocean. The third floor consists of a large master suite with a queen-sized bed, a 40" TV, your own full bath, and a deck to enjoy quiet time.
Extras that will make your stay welcoming and easy to travel to include beach chairs, bikes, beach badges, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and high-speed wireless internet.
We have always loved our vacations at the Jersey Shore and especially in Sea Isle City. The town is family-friendly with almost daily events during the summer and on the weekends during the off-season. Many memories have been made here with our family and we'd love to share our home with you. The off-season is a great time to get away with your family or group of adult friends to relax on the beach, enjoy the city's nightlife and full offering of fantastic restaurants.
