We are a VRBO Premier Host that caters to families looking to make memories and hopefully come back year after year. Families that book with us this year will have the first opportunity to book for the following summer

The home has just gone through significant updating in the kitchen and lower living room areas. The home is fully equipped and all new appliances. The home is only a couple hundred feet from the waters edge and shared gathering area. There is also a larger beach area a couple minutes up the road.

The home is approximately 3100sq ft, 4 bedroom/sleeping quarters, 3 full and 1 half baths. The main floor bedroom has a queen bed. The 2nd floor bedroom has a king bed and small sitting area and its own full bathroom. There is a small walkout balcony off the sitting area as well. This room has a spiral staircase that leads to the 3rd story loft. The spacious loft has a queen bed, sitting area, and half bathroom. There is also a private deck off of this area to enjoy your morning coffee. The bunkhouse room is the biggest of all the sleeping quarters and is great for kids. The bunk house has 2 queen beds, a triple twin bunk beds (kids LOVE it) and a loft with a full. There is a foosball table, xbox and tv to keep everyone entertained. The bunkhouse has its own full bath. There is also a 240volt outlet at the driveway to charge an EV.



The town of Frankfort is about 5miles from us. It has a terrific beach and is a great place to watch the sunset. Frankfort has some cute local boutiques for shopping and a mix of different restaurants.

If you are not familiar with the Frankfort area, you will find that there is something for EVERYONE. Crystal Mountain is 15min from us and offers great golf and winter skiing. The best golf course in the state, Arcadia Bluffs, is a short 20min drive. Sleeping Bear Dunes (rated one of the best national parks in the US) is 30-40 min drive. The are miles of nature hiking/biking trails. Lighthouses. Sand Dunes. So so much to do. Our home has 4 kayaks with life vests for you to use. Currently we have 4 adult sized Trek and Cannondale bikes for you to use and 2 youth sized ones. You must bring your own helmets.

Did I mention Crystal lake is absolutely breathtaking? It is the 9th largest lake in Michigan. It is amazingly clear and blue. It offers great fishing and is 1 of only 2 lakes in Michigan with a sustained coho salmon population. There is a DNR boat launch a mile up the road and a small marina on the lake to gas up during your stay. Our home is approximately 250ft from the lake. Mollineaux beach is less than a mile from the home.

Our focus is families and making year over year memories. "Party" groups need not apply. Extra guests (guests not declared on the booking information) are not permitted and can be grounds for cancelling the remainder of the booking without refunds. We love our neighbors and respect the peace and tranquility of the area.
