Get ready to make memories in this 5-bedroom house in Frankfort just steps from Lake Michigan and its magnificent beach. In addition to the advantage of 2 separate upstairs to give families privacy, this home has exceptional outdoor spaces: a wraparound porch with luxury seating, a porch swing, and outdoor dining. There is also a sun deck and another swing in the arbor and a bench in the nook. And the views are beautiful too - you can enjoy the beauty of the picket fence, garden, and wind sculpture.

And you won't be disappointed when you head indoors. Since we have outfitted our home for our family and rent only a couple weeks each year, it is fully stocked with top end linens, kitchen supplies, and other amenities. With 3 king beds, 5 twin beds, and 1 queen bed, this fantastic property is perfect for a group getaway. The two separate upstairs is ideal for multiple families. One is in the front of the house sharing a king bedroom, queen bedroom, bathroom and sun deck and one in the back of the house with a king bedroom that has a day bed and trundle bed and a twin bedroom next to it, which has a playhouse twin bed that is just begging for your littles to build a fort that is space just for them.The main floor master bedroom has a King bed and a day bed and trundle as well as a private en suite bathroom.

The common areas are also delightful. There is a sunroom, living room with a fireplace, dining room with a large table for big gatherings (there is a folding table and extra chairs in the closet), and big kitchen that is fully stocked. There is also a large mudroom/laundry room that houses all the beach towels and extras that you bring with you.

The 2 stall garage has lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, a cabana, small tables, sand toys, floats, coolers, 4 adult bikes, 2 kayaks and a gas grill. The driveway can accommodate several cars and a boat.

The home is fully stocked and furnished for family since we rent only a limited number of weeks each year. There are plenty of games for the family as well as books and puzzles.
